Well....Andrew certainly was correct when he predicted last year that lots of cabins would come available again before we set sail....but man, those prices! OUCH!

Oh, I love New Mexico Mexican food. I lived in NM for about 10 years, and the food is one of the things I miss most about NM. You cannot find good New Mexican food here in Houston.

Name Tags.......I am still planning on making them..I am working on a design..people can put them on a backpack or hang them on their door....if no lanyards want to be worn!

Chrissie is working on a badge for us with our screen names. Not sure how we're supposed to wear them if we don't have lanyards though.

Well Chrissie said you could wear it on a lanyard, bracelet, luggage, etc. I'll most likely be wearing a lanyard at least during the day.

I noticed that on the WB ..they pictures show everyone with a matching lanyard. Do we have someone doing this? If not..is anyone interested in having these? I would be happy to donate the name tag potion (would need interested parties names) but would need to be reimbursed for the lanyard portion.

My figure skating club had HUGE ice shows. 5 performances in a weekend, try outs even for group numbers, rehearsals for 6 months, custom made costumes, guest choreographers, etc., etc. We were good, so we could draw huge guest skaters: Peter & Kitty Carruthers, Elizabeth Punsalan & Jerrod Swallow, Christopher Bowman and Scott Hamilton - my favorite skater and one of my favorite people ever!

Scotty started in our shows as sort of the 2nd tier guest skater when he was Jr. Men's champ. I think he was 15 or so. This would have been 1975. He skated in all the shows until 1984 right after his Olympic win. Chris filled in for a few years and Scotty came back for my last show in 1989. He never had his own dressing room. He just hung out backstage with the rest of the guys. My mom was locker room mom for the boys and used to yell at him to hang up his costume! We really knew Scott. My parents let me stay home from school to watch the 1980 Olympics openning ceremonies when he carried the American flag & when he won in 1984, my entire family sat in our living room crying!

I made Disney on Ice when I was a HS senior (just a line skater, don't be impressed). I wanted to skate the show for a year before starting college. My folks wouldn't let me. My mom was convinced if I did it I wouldn't go to college & ! would be a washed-up show skater by the time I was 30.

I found a place that will do the lanyards for me for $1.00 each. So...just need your order and I will collect your money on the ship. Will also need your cabin number in case I don't find you before we set off! If you are a Gty..just let me know and then let me know when you have your cabin assignment.

I will post a picture of what they look like as soon as I can get my photobucket account working again.

Hi Terri: Yes we are doing fish extenders. Here is a pic. of mine. Basically anything with pockets to put around your fish next to cabin door. You then go around to other fishers and put little gifts in and in turn you will get things in your's. I believe we are going to start sign-ups after the 90 day mark.

I see Chrissie explained what FEs are . . . we are going to start a sign up after the excitement of the 90 day booking window and end up with a list of who has FEs, organized by deck with cabin numbers. Many people like to give out little presents to others on the cruise and leave them in the FEs. You can see a pretty long thread about them here:
