just got an email from my DD Girl Scout Council...if a girl sells over 500 boxes of cookies..she is invited to a special event celebration...since my DD sold over 1000 boxes..her parents are invited too!

The event is going to the El Capitan theater (a beautiful theater out here which Disney owns) to see Prince Caspian. The only down side is that it isn't until June 8th which means 3 weeks after the movie comes out but it's a pretty cool event either way so DD and I are happy

Ok..back to work..trying to plan my final Girl Scout meeting of the year for tongiht and a schedule for our troop's trip to San Francisco for next year (parent meeting tomorrow night on this one).

I emailed DCl to see if I could get a clearer picture of what would be happening regarding to Quest...I will let everyone know what they reply.

Hopefully they have a full set of programming for them. If not, I'll be quite annoyed.

Hehehe If I were that worried I wouldn't have asked! I could go back and read everything that was posted to this board before I joined, but that's a little much since I just joined last week when we booked I'm sure I'm missing lots of inside jokes...

I feel much the same way. I have an idea - we can create an artificial inside joke. All we have to do is pick a word or phrase and remember to laugh hysterically any time someone says it. For example:

"Remember the shoelace?!?!"

"Five deckchairs at a time!"

"The shots heard around the ship!"

Everyone will think it's an inside joke, even though it's a complete fake.
(Personally, I think many inside jokes are created in just this way)

We got to the port around 9:45am. DH stayed out with the luggage and a couple kids and I went inside. I got number 2. Once on board, we went straight to Palo's and got our brunch, no problem. The sailaway party was as usual. Ricky Kalmon is on tonight. The shows listed:

Jo, is it true that they aren't doing the night time excursions in PV? Someone who could already book said they weren't showing up or DCL said they weren't doing them or something . . .

I just heard back from the shore excursion department
Rhythm of the nights is available - There was a computer glitch with it but it is fixed and now on the list of available shore excursion to book for the EB

The evening horseback excursion they are going to get back to me on as they think this one will not be offered.

The Sunset Sail is available at 6:15pm

All of these are for the PV port
