I sent an e-mail to Airtrain asking about the fee for second checked bag:



I thought it was a matter of fact, straight forward question, so I get their reply:



Now, this sort of apologizes for disappointing me.. ummm I didn't say I was disappointed

I asked is it for prebooked tickets, and their answer seems to say it is, but isn't explicit.

Of course, for $10 will I cancel (we will have worst case 6 bags, so $20 extra).

They are also going to start charging $5.00 per elbow per armrest. So if you want to park your elbow's on the arm rest, it'll be $10 bucks for both elbows.

From the Main Board;


We just got off the Magic this morning and there was a new dining rotation. Usually the rotations are APL, PLA or LAP, however our rotation was PLLAPLA. They have started this because they are going to the LA for the summer and are trying something new Apparently the new rotation is also supposed to go along with the shows they have each night in the Walt Disney Theater. Unfortunately, they didn't get everything they needed to start the new menu's for this week, so it is supposed to start next week. However, since they had already made up the rotations, we did the new rotation without the new menu. Just thought I would let everyone know what to expect because we were totally confused when we got our KTTW cards.

Add me to the confused, thank you for clarifying or ummm confusing or ummm well, sharing that.

Those rotations will not, I repeat, WILL NOT be on the repo's. DCL is doing them for the Mexican Rivieria and put them into rotation ahead of time to iron out the kinks. We will have the normal APL, LAP or PLA (repeated X times).

As for WHEN we can expect the rotational dining...I did a little research on this over the weekend (thanks to Andrew and his navigators from last time) and I predict the following:

Tuesday (Day 3) - Mexican

Thank you all for the well wishes. Everything went well. Much better than I expected. I am currently coming down off the Valium/Vicodin and waiting for the Lidocaine to wear off. The microwaving did not really hurt it was the 20-30 injections to numb the area. I have to take it easy for the next couple of weeks (no biking) but I am up walking around right now. I have another couple of hours before I get to take my next meds if I need them. I will post before and after pictures after everything is healed.

Glad thing went well! Take it easy!

PS I saw yours and Trevoy's brick from Disneyland over on the DL boards. We have one right outside the Magic Kingdom at WDW, but we don't have the cool little acrylic replica!

We have one at the MK! Wish we had the replica too!
I was thinking of surprising Brendan with a DL one! But if it wasn't there to see it when we went out in August...we may never see it in person?

Arlene it is up to you do the Central Florida weather

We will not be back until Wednesday...

Never got around to posting a picture of the our 2 DD's All District Music Festival last week. They had to split it up into 2 nights each with 600 students each. They were awesome.

I had DS take a photo so I could post it (no one here "gets it" why I am excited!) Not the best photo of me ever, but since I was coaching him through how to use the camera at the same time, it isn't too bad!

My bbf who lives in TN, still goes to White Castle's everytime she comes up. I go to a local Pasty Shop near my house. Ackroyd's must be on the eastside.

We just had White Castle's for dinner. I can remember when I was a kid our nearest one was about 20 miles away and every so often my Mom would insist we just had to have them and we'd drive over there!

Unfotunatlely, we do not have ANY kind of Pasty shop around here. We did find a place we occasionally mail order from in Winter Park, FL. It is just really pricey once you add in the shipping.
