That's what I thought! and then I noticed on our papers from our TA it says final pay due the 9th.
hmmm
so if you use a TA you need to pay in full early?
Yeah, I'm sure I'll see next year but not all places are the same and not all kids are the same. Just because she'll be exposed to more of this next year doesn't mean the first time I want her experieincing it is on our cruise before she's in highschool- yanno? I'd rather not have to be worrying about exactly what my daughter is seeing, experiencing, learning, etc. from the older kids while I'm trying to relax on a vacation! LOL
both my then 12yr old and my then 8yr old weren't all that impressed with Ocean Quest to be honest...... the novelty of it wore off after the very first full day.
Maybe it should be 13-15yr olds.. together. and 16-18yr olds together. Cause I can see how a just turned 15yr old would be better grouped with 14yr olds- I can see that.
And kids can be so different- physically, emotionally, maturity, etc. -oh boy do I know it... WIDE ranges in all those areas in our middle school here. I know it's difficult for them to figure out age groups but it would be nice if they weren't so strict with it- such as if a child barely turned 13 and isn't super mature (in many ways) they should let them be with 12yr olds doing stuff they'd enjoy instead of sticking them with kids up to age 18.

I mean for crying out loud- my daughter just turned 14 and she's STILL more in the "age group" (in all ways) as 12/13yr olds... so for sure just turned 13yr olds are not ready to be grouped with such older kids.
Thank you so much for the info!
