I think it depends on the monitor. On my old one I had the same problem. With my flatscreen I hardly have to scroll over. But! Andrews are the widest.

Back to his girth again. Well at least that's safe! :rolleyes1

Love ya Andrew! puckerup:

Based on the map, it looks like it is not too far of a walk from HoJo to Harbor Cove, so we may just go there. Any thoughts? TIA!

I'm trying to remmeber that area. I think that may be just a little shop at one of the hotels. If so, then there's not much selection. We'll try to check it out in a few weeks.

Ok dh has rethought excursions somewhat.

For Cabo i was looking at either Tall Ship or the Los Arcos Scenic Catamaran. Anyone else considering either?

DH is leaning towards the tall ship one as at least you get to actively help sail the ship. (and you would sail out to Los Arcos anyways)

The Catamaran tour looks fun, but not sure DH would go for that. I'll have to see what he thinks. We are most likely going to just hit the beach & El Medano beach looks good since it has a Catina to grab some nachos & margaritas. Cabo might be the one place we do on our own, because with the DCL excursion, they only drop you off for 2 hours.

Good morning pirate:

We have a mystery in my house ... I wonder if any of you can help to solve it. Since our house will be put on the market next week, last night's project was to clean out the cabinet over the fridge and the pantry closet. Everything was taken out of both, and the insides scrubbed down. Then, everything was put back in ... except the stuff with questionable dates and stuff that I don't like.

Here's the mystery ... It wouldn't all fit back IN to the 2 places that it had just come out of :confused3 Do you think maybe the cabinet and closet shrunk when I washed them :confused3 :rotfl2:

Have a great day!
Kandi

Sounds like you're in charge of the random thought for the day! :goodvibes

I need a t-shirt with that logo! :thumbsup2

Just had to share my parental pride with you all. Lauren was in the school gymnastics competition today & won 2 golds & 1 bronze, competing with girls from her year and the year above at school:thumbsup2 . Unfortunately she can't go on to represent the school next week as she has been selected to join the aerobics squad which is considered competitive gymnastics, so makes in ineligible!:confused3

Interesting facts on Easter & make our school terms wierd to say the least. They get Good Friday & Easter Monday off, then go back to school for a couple of weeks before getting a 2 week break w/c 7 April!

Celestine

Congrats to DD! That is exciting news! :cool1:

Thank you for that, not sure what else to do?

Congrats and yes School holidays are very strange this year, if I had known in advance I would have gone to Florida at April.

Oh well Andrew, guess there is nothing you can really do about the size of your tube. :confused3

As far as school goes, we usually just have a week in December for the holidays. A week in February & a week in April before they are let out for the summer in June. This coming year we actually have a 5 day weekend in October. with Yom Kippur off on Thursday, Staff day on Friday & Columbus Day on Monday. Needless to say I already booked a stay at SSR! :woohoo:

:cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: YAY!! GREAT job!!

I'm "Mommy" to three dogs, I still think this should qualify me. I promise I'll behave! (most of the time)
Not even close. And you always give me dirty looks when I'm just getting started having fun!

If you behave, I doubt you will fit in with the escaping moms . . .;)
:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Good point!

When you start quoting Crash...... not good :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :rotfl:

A momentary lapse...

Or maybe someone (or more) on here send alerts.... LOL

A spy...:magnify:

Let me get this straight.... you would rather leave a  banana  story to this crowds imagination for the next 5+ months.....

Brave woman! :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

I HAVE to save something!

How about Blanche,Rose and Sophia!!

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Yeah! Sharon's coming - Sharon's coming! :welcome: aboard and glad you could post - Stace's had 1/2 the boat in stitches this past year so we are all excited to meet you - although I got to see the Escaping Moms in passing on the 11-Night - I was delivering the water bottle holders. Saw you all having fun and was a bit envious. BTW, do I need to buy a video camera?

As for the logic of name - I like that - think I will use - Getaway Time as my excuse. If I pretend that we are going to be romantic - that usually scares the older two away. Mushiness - YUCK! However, please note - doesn't work on the youngest - she just says - get another room -I'm staying. :)

Not sure about you guys but can we wear our Royal Sashes too? ;)

Sashes would be great. I was trying to find one for my upcoming birthday, but didn't see anything I liked. I'm not quite the "Birthday Princess" any more. :sad1:

Yeah Sharon! :yay:

Can I sit next to you at Rocking Bar D?

Oh yeah - can you fill us in on the Zena thing? Details woman - Details!
:rotfl2:

Sharon won't tell, she's the GOOD one. And only the family has seen Xena, anyway. thank goodness

Hey everybody - justing doing another :drive: but wanted to let you all know how creative I was - seems I couldn't find my luggage carrier to carry 4 boxes to the PO. Well I got creative and used this:

:rotfl2: Wonder what will cross the post office employees brains when they see me come wheeling in with that????:rotfl2:

Let you all know later!

Diane, that is exactly what we are looking at in Cabo. We did the boat trip out to Los Arcos last time and it was fun but this year a nice day at the beach sounds good. Besides, #1) it will be close to 95F while we are there so we need to be close to AC or water. #2) From what I have read this is the most accommodating beach close to the ship. #3) As you mentioned there are several hotels and restaurants along this beach for snacks. #4) I have heard/read that you can even rent chairs and umbrellas if so desired. Whether is is true will require more reading.

We walked over to Medano while we were waiting for our catamaran last time. It was a long, wide beach, looked to be really clean...and the vendors were just setting up. They had the usual souvenirs for sale, but also chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, floats, etc for rent.
:thumbsup2

In 2005, we just set up fairly early in the morning at the Office. For the price of some beer & nachos, we got to sit in the beach chairs all day with umbrellas. There were vendors for parasailing and jet skis a little further down, but they kept most of the really pushy vendors clear of their area of sand.

We took a water taxi back to the pier when we were ready to go back. Very easy & convenient.
