YAY Kylie! 3 turns, mohawks, waltz jumps, one foot spin, YAY!

.
:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 Congratulations!

Woohoo cograts to your DD & congrats for joining the PIF club! We're still waiting for our tax return. :scared:

Thanks! :goodvibes

M, Kylie has a good handle on the 3 turns, mohawks, waltz jumps and one foot spins....but she REALLY wants to shoot the duck! Just doesn't have the core strength yet. She gets loves watching the "big girls" do it, and it's so cute to see her try. :)

Need some help here.....

My Mom and her boyfriend are in Florida for a few weeks. He has never been to WDW and has refused to go (probably due to guilt of never having taken his kids??), but my Mom is either dragging him there or got him to agree to go for one day.

She is thinking either Animal Kingdom (he's a hunter and has been on safari, etc.) or EPCOT. She wants me to scout out/suggest a few attractions for them to see/do.

Limitations: just keep walking to minimum (e.g. options for return trip by boat, tram, etc.)

Your thoughts?

If walking is an issue there is always those electric chair things.. but both Epcot and AK are a lot of walking.. At epcot there is the boat to take you to the WS instead of walking. Both have trams to the parking lots. Epcot has a boat to the Disney resorts and MGM.

CRUISE RELATED!!!!

We might want this on the website:

I just booked transportation from the cruise to Disneyland for our June Mexican Riviera cruise. (we're not doing the parks for this one) and I had contacted several car companies (limos, town cars, etc) but only ONE company replied. I spoke to them on the phone today, and these guys are GREAT.

They will do pickup at any of the area airports, to Disneyland, to the port, from the port....anywhere you want to go....they can make stops (for food, liquor, etc)....and the cost was not bad at all.

Anyway.....if you're needing private (town cars up to giant Hummerzines) this is the company"

Congrats Sweetie you deserve it.

With all the sadness and trauma going on in the world at the moment, it is
worth reflecting on the death of a very important person, which almost went
unnoticed last week.

Larry LaPrise, the man who wrote 'The Hokie Pokey' died peacefully at the
age of 93. The most traumatic part for his family was getting him into the
coffin. They put his left leg in. And then the trouble started.

Shut up. You know it's funny. Now send it on to someone else and make them smile.

OK...I just got this e-mail and had to share. It's sick and twisted, so of course I laughed.

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :lmao: :lmao:

And on the commission reduction... I'm sure the management had certain knowledge of what was going about. And my spouse and I are quite familiar with the games played with commission rates - and the reporting used to determine commission rates. IE, they really should have INCREASED your commissions - but then in turn jacked around with the reporting used to pay your commissions. That would have been far sneakier an approach if ya ask me!

Thanks Crash.. I love the cartoon.. it is so funny that we had a town hall type meeting Friday afternoon for the CFO to tell us how great things were.. yada yada yada...

yep big quota increase and big commission decrease.. and that is for a person that overachieved quota.. wonder what they did to the underachievers?? Oh yeah they were fired.. never mind..

Hi everyone, Happy weekend. I was out of school today - very cold and icy here. So...I was dreaming of warmth & sunshine & AUGUST which took me to researching some of the DCL excursions that we think we might be interested in. Does anyone know what beach the Cabo Beach Break excursion goes to? The description on DCL just says to a "local beach club". Any ideas where that might be??

Well MHO is that if he's been on a actual safari, he might not be too thrilled with AK. Plus I always find it hot, crowded & a long walk from one country to the next.

I'm biased since EPCOT is my favorite park, and Soaring is my favorite ride, but I really think the world showcase is just a great place for adults to take a nice leisuraly stroll & enjoy the little shops, have a beverage and/or snack, and take in the performances at each country along the way. No matter what park you go to, it's hard to avoid walking unless, like Susan mentioned, he gets an ECV.

When you click on the excursion it shows a picture of Baja Cantina. I googled it & it shows the address as being El Medano Beach.

:flower3: ..to m&mm's..i 'm sorry for your loss. even the best care
dosen't work all the time. my wife's sis..loss a baby...from very "low"
..high b/p....she was doing prenatal...& was monitoring her b/p..
but waited..after it jump up..becos..it was "jus a lil'. unfort, it
resulted in hemorrhaging...& she loss her baby boy. :sad1:

I haven't done this type of work..since the 70's. we had all our children
in the 80's & 90's. based on our experinces..i am jus disappointed...
the lack..of using knowledge learned [common sense per the trade]
for improving our standards of care. i believe...the medical field has
an ongoing obligation toward "improving", by every mean/s available.

...* our second was supposed to have been our last...it is the law,
for the attending...to be in the hospital...when his/her pt. is on
a pitocin drip..ours was not. my wife..does not remember her "scream".
good thing. but i do..& iam sure..every student..there...did. no
father..should've been in the "catcher"..position..but there was no
one else...available. * i know we 're truly..blessed..& very,very lucky.

baby's & their newborn behaviors..are so interseting. they will "move"..
forward..until something hits against heir noggin...then go to alseep.

however, what i wanted..to share......is something...we heard @
work..[ you kno..one wouldn't think..you find...post-partum
women..on an acute psych...but contary..to those lacking knowledge,
mr. cruise types...]...someone..made..a great connection,:yay:

its...been known...etoh= premies, ....& now..they're giving thiamine ,
..to "prevent"...labor. that's a great..connection....with the promise
of being...effective! * ironcially, back..when i work..they gave iv
etoh...in attempt to stop..active labor. ya kno?, jus recalling how the
ladies..,["is soo revealing"..for mental health], it made them..very, very
depress...bursting into tears..like whaling..* sucides..., connected
to those under the influnce..hmmm..these common sense..connections
should be helping us to prevent. :flower3:

sorry, for off the main topic..but its...":yay: "..that something so
simple...can protect our future..lil'ones!

Thanks! I just emailed them about a group tour for Saturday morning. I've had no luck with return emails so let's see how they do. I figured I was going to have to start making phone calls.

Add my DH to the last of hard to find veins. I'll never forget the one time we were in the ER (work related) and they had to take blood to test him for HepC and it took quite a few trys - he finally told they tech to just take it out from his hand:scared1:!

That's where they have to get mine from. Mine are really thin and they have a tendency to roll.
