So earlier today my enitre family looked at me like I had six heads when I mentioned that I would love to do the PV zipline, but no one would go with me.

Whatever gave me that idea? I couldn't convince anyone to do any of the zip lines with me at Olympic Park in Salt Lake City this summer. NOW, they want to zip line. So Yay!

Good evening everyone!

Today was such an awesome day! I got to talk to 2 of my favourite members of Duran Duran!!!!! There was an acoustic intimate concert..I WAS THERE!!! I was the one and only audience question!!!!It was so cool!


ANYWAY....I wanted to volunteer to design..I guess I will call them credentials(?) a tag in our Dis green...with our logo and maybe our screen and real names? I would be happy to do this.....something to be hung on a lanyard..or backpack???

I feel a bit like a stranger again! I spent about 20 minutes going through the first 12 pages of this new thread and then I speed to the last 12 pages of this thread for the next 20 minutes. I am so far behind! HELP!!!!!!!!!!
I am the over planner. I already booked shore excursions in Cabo, Puerto Vallarta and Aruba. In Cabo we are doing the Zip line tour with cabosanlucastours.net. In Vallarta we are doing the Dolphin Swim Adventure at sea life park (we tried to book the tour at the same place Disney has their booking, but they are not taking any other reservations). Finally we booked the Natural Pool Jeep Tour in Aruba. I love feeling organized. If anyone has any ideas for Cartagena we would love to be included.
I turn 40 in October and my husband and I were booked on a the first Caribbean sailing of the new HAL Eurodam. The cruise has just been cancelled so now my husband and I are planning to go to WDW for our first time without kids. I think I am more excited about this than I was about the HAL Cruise. We will finally have a chance to go to the Food and Wine festival. We could never do this with kids. What a great year! 200 days today until we leave for LA.

Sitting here watching the fluffy white stuff fall - what do you call it - oh yeah SNOW. DS is in his element and out sledding in it already - barely a couple of inches on the ground. For those of you who don't know Victoria. We rarely see snow - the city doesn't even really know how to deal with it and things come to a halt. Hopefully, it won't last too long.

Has anyone heard or PM'd Andy (Veranda Man) to let him know where the new thread is? I think he's at a DCL House Party today though.

Hi everyone.......I had a productive day today - Saving my DH money by spending lots of $$ on great bargains!. Got a great deal on some clothes at Old Navy and picked up a few trinkets at the disney store. Hit JCPenney looking for a 1st communion dress for DD8 and found the perfect dress, will be great for the cruise too - it was $30 - can't beat that! We also hit Barnes and Noble and picked up the Unofficial Guide to Disneyland - makes for good bathroom reading - haha. I also picked up the Panama Canal by Cruise Ship for DH

We finally received the correct confirmation.. I orginally received confirmation for Aug 8 .. Spoke with Ady yesterday.. and she sent a correction right away.. and kept apologizing .......we spoke for awhile.. Told her cannot wait to meet her and the staff..

Elizabeth could have gotten her license. Almost a year ago but we didn't feel she was ready. She even has a new car and it is waiting for her but I won't let her drive it until we feel she isn't a hazard to those on the road.

Laura...now all we need to do is get you to come back on chat It is nice to see Mark but I miss you too!!!

Well I already warned him , since he failed it twice ..He has 60 days to learn the book inside and out , heck he should be able to tell me what page number a certain sentence is on in 60 days ...When he takes it again in 60 days and doesnt pass he will not be allowed a drivers license until he is 18 ...And at that time he can do it himself with the car he has to but with his own money he got from working a job ...

That is better than walking the plank!!! I wish him good luck for the next try.

I'm with you on the savings part - this past week I saved DH hundreds of $$ by shopping at Old Navy. I even splurged and finally got myself that cashmere sweater I've been debating for years. I was lucky to get some sweaters for $5 - you heard right - $5, pants for $6 and long sleeve shirts for $2-$6 dollars. I made a killer save. Saved over $200 - $196.98 to be exact. And I even have the receipt to prove it!

Oh yeah - got that killer cashmere sweater for $17. Boy - I am sooooooo goood!

Wasn't it Lucy who saved Ricky loads of $$ by buying wholesale?
