I can walk for a long time, I just can't run
I run out of air real quick.

I've been alternating walking and jogging on our treadmill (ok mostly walking )

I can't run either - puts too much pressure on my joints. I love the ellipitical machines - I can go pretty fast on those and sustain it for a while.
