Speaking of diets...DH & I went back to low-carbing it again. Not Atkins per say, but just cutting carbs. Well he lost about 19lbs & I lost about 3. :sad2:

We're doing the "Cheat to Lose Diet".
2 days low carb, 2 days low GI and 2 days high GI and then Saturday is cheat day. It's suppose to combine the benefits of low carb with a regular diet:confused3
Plus we get to eat what we want on Saturday:woohoo:

I still have a way to go before I fit into a dress I want to wear, but I'm getting there:goodvibes

But i did start running instead of walking on the treadmill this week...

I am just doing 15 or 20 minutes stints before other gym classes.

Tonight i did 2 walk,3 run (repeat)

At least my legs hurt....

Hang in there it seems men lose quicker than women....I am trying too..unsuccessfuly as of now....

I can gain weight real fast:headache:

I gained 4 pounds one weekend (my b-day) lost nothing during the following week (though I tried) and then gained another 4 pounds the following weekend (my Uncle's b-day). 8 pounds in a week:eek:

Luckily I'm an observer at the PV zip line:rolleyes1

I'm the same way - wonder if it has anything to do with our name:laughing: ?

I run out of air real quick.

I've been alternating walking and jogging on our treadmill (ok mostly walking:rolleyes1 )
