This would be a rather rare and somewhat random privilage - sort of like being the swabbie or wench to catch a glimpse of the GREEN flash at sunset!

How shall we handle this neighbors? How about we award the final poster with a Mickey bar when embarked? :confused3

I actually have seen the Green Flash....can I get a Mickey Bar for that??:mickeybar:mickeybar:mickeybar

Jumping Ship, no way
My brother has strict instructions that if I die before the TOAL, he's to drag my carcass to the ship & prop me up ala Weekend at Bernie's. Hopefully, ya'all will come get a picture with me.

Absolutely. I'll also be good for saving seats in the theater. I'll make sure my brother understands in addition to toting my carcass, he'll need to bring a seat saver/place holder sign up sheet.

Where O'where has the Tag Fairy gone? Where O'where has she gone?

I can just picture you - this is hilarious! BTW, will he dress you up for pirate: night or will you come as the token board? :rotfl2:

Yeah I know - that was bad. Next thing I know you all will be making me walk the PLANK!!!!

No,no, no. My idea. My deck chair! :)

So do we book you at 90 days out or what??

I thought the thread was going to get shut down too, hence, my mushy good-by this morning. Now it seems I'm just clingy.

I'm not looking forward to sitting around waiting to see if the new thread calls us the next day.

M, like your picture in your sig!

Thanks. The other one was almost a year old. DH & I are pretty much the same, but the kids are growing like weeds!

Not sure about iTunes, but check out youtube.

Heehee.
That made me feel stangely old and young at the same time.

Tom, why don't you board the Magic with your Anakin costume and tell everyone you got on the wrong ship.

:lmao: :lmao:

We'd be happy to re-create the Mos Isley Cantina scene at Cabo Wabo for ya Crash.

I'd probably like that - except you figure they'd let me bring my light saber aboard?:confused3

Just make sure it is well protected.

Not that you would have any of this laying around the house...
Obnoxious Hawaiian jams shorts. Ocean Pacific t-shirt. Pegged and rolled jeans. Boat shoes, no socks. Aviator Sunglasses. Spiky hair. Pastel colored shirs. Ice cream colored suits with the sleeves rolled up. Suspenders. Painter pants.

We went to an '80's party a few years ago and one guy made a grand entrance by slidining into the entryway of the house in a pink oxford, aviator, sunglasses, underwear and socks to the tune of "Old Time Rock and Roll". It was very funny.

BIG shoulder pads, peg legged jeans, lace skirts over leggings.....oh but for DS??? Don't really remember boys fads. Parachute pants maybe. One glove a la Micheal Jackson.

did you at least get a few good kicks in ?

Let me tell you, I was never so happy to see February appear on the calendar. If this is what 2008 is going to be like, I'm going back to bed and waking up when it is 2009. Let's see....

a) started a new position at work, one I thought would finally resolve my year in limbo, then the whole company imploded to the point no job is safe, so now I am working 12 hour days trying to fix a mess someone made last year knowing it is likely all for naught.

b) DS14 suffered a bad case of frostbite on his feet because he is an idiot. (Got locked out at a swim meet and walked outside in 0 degree weather with no shoes and no shirt)

c) My long-lost, presumed dead, brother apparently ran up huge debts before disappearing a few years ago, leading to nightly calls from bill collectors trying to find him, including one who claimed I was hiding him in my house that led me to have to call the sheriff's office.

d) Someone in the house had the flu just about every day in January, including DS14 getting violently ill on our way to a travel meet when we were miles from nowhere.

e) Did I mention we've been up to our ears in s*** and my snowthrower broke and since DS14 was hurt I've been having to shovel all by myself?

Anyway, enough whining. February hasn't been too bad...yet. Light at the end of the tunnel and all that.

Oh, hello, Mr. on-coming freight train.

Hope things start turning around for you JR. :)

Frostbite? Really?

OK,

I just copied the 1st posting on this thread so we'll have it ready for the next thread - which I was already drafting because I thought this thread was about to get frozen - so now I've got the new thread ready to launch in another window - assuming someone doesn't waltz in and BEAT me to it!

Whoever does it -- PLEASE, no poll!!!!!!:lovestruc
