Yay for a fellow Jeep owner! Mine is a 2006 Wrangler Sport, Silver, hardtop. I was going to get the Rubicon, but I wanted the ABS and the Rubicon didn't come with that. So I got the Sport with the big tires. I it! I plan on keeping it forever.

Hi pirates!

The wireless access at the DLH (Magic tower) is working like a charm . . .

Laura picked us up in Huntington Beach this morning, and even had lunch with us at In-And-Out Burger before dropping us off here! If I get a chance, I will load my pictures and post one of Laura and my girls in front of her fabulous wheels . . .

We got to CA at 12:15 and were able to ride California Screamin twice and Toy Story Mania twice before heading back here around 3 to get our room . . . I don't find the crowds to be that bad.

We have the Fantasmic Dessert seating tonight, so after we swim for a bit we will head to that park . . .

good evening everyone! we finally made it!! now i find myself "checking people out" wondering if it's someone that's been chatting here! can't wait to start meeting all you guys!

Yea!, now just find the "Disney Relax Button" and have fun for all of us until we get there on Saturday.

No time to catch up. I have been up for 20 1/2 hours now and managed to get 2 hours of sleep before beginning this latest stretch. We are finally going to get some sleep after a great flight to CA and dinner in DTD at the RFC. This is really happening...OMG!!! Good luck to all those getting ready to leave for safe travels and no delays. We were very lucky...all went smoothly today for us. It won't be long now!!!!!

OK, I need the NY's opinion, how was In and Out burger?? We are supposed to go there on Friday.

I am a life long NYer.

Went to an In-And-Out burger for the 1st time when I was in Vegas about 6 weeks ago.

And I thought it was really really good.

I will be going back tomorrow... after we land at LAX and on the way to HOJOs!!!

Do you think I will get an up-grade to a suite??? I don't think so. Maybe we could beg somone to let us use their suite to watch the movie with several hundred people.

Maybe we could just show up and say it was listed in our plans from the DIS??

Back from DTD and exhausted...However, we are getting to listen to the fireworks from DL. Can't see them tonight, but tomorrow we move to a Disneyview room for the remainder of the stay so should be able to see them tomorrow night!!

Pirate costumes packed.....35 lb bag... (well with three pairs of boots)

1 MM t done....2 more to iron... (mine has some DOG HAIR under the image....THANKS TO ABBY )

Hey Everyone,

We made it to California safely. Even Nicky survived, although I wasn't too sure he was going to make it after the second 3 & 1/2 hour flight. He was bouncing off the walls by the time we finally arrived.

We're at the Disneyland Hotel. Here's the view from our room:

We set up the kids with a few tokens each in the arcade that's right there, and Linda and i had a little adult relaxation, in liquid form:

And finally, we heard that the food here was not all that fantastic, but we had an awesome dinner here at Hook's Pointe at the hotel:

After dinner, we went swimming for a little bit, but the "heated" pool was pretty darn cold! We're turning in early, since we've been up since 4 AM, and it's now after midnight, our time!

Can't wait to meet up with everyone in the next few days and on the cruise!

I probably saw both of you in DTD and didn't realize it! I just returned from DTD and DCA... first met up with Bip at HoJos and dropped off her lanyards and then met Michelle2 at DTD...we just walked around for awhile and then went into DCA for a ride on Soaring Over California..DD hurt her knee (I think growing pains) so we headed home...she still has school tomorow before we meet up with Cruisin Mike and then for dinner tomorrow night at RFC with some fellow pirates. Glad everything is washed and ready for final packing on Thursday...

We are also wearing all our old clothes... Need the good stuff for the cruise.

If you saw us this afternoon, you'd probably remember seeing too hunchbacks hauling oversized and very heaving backpacks through DTD while we were waiting for our room to be ready.

We need to get the lanyards too! We might be able to make RFC tomorrow night but it's going to depend on how things go at Legoland. June really wants to meet and will call to let you know one way or the other.

Last weekend my DH wanted to do a mock trial packing. Yeah right you just want to see what I am packing. He said exactly I need to see what you think it is that you need. Well short story he was busy with his list and we never got around to it.

If he only knew, only knew. lol

Oh please don't give my DH any ideas

He will go through every bag tomorrow night before he will put them in the SUV . . .

Funny thing is HE was packing WAY MORE than any of the rest of us. I had to remind him the we COULD do laundry on this cruise

DH's make our life so interesting!

Oh my DSs will be so jealous . . they live for LEGOs . . .LEGO robots, LEGO movies, LEGO games and we have 3/4 of our LEGOS in storage while we sell the house . . .yikes! Can't wait to hear how you liked LEGOland. It sounds like a cool visit!
