Yes!! So jealous of everyone who's already in CA or who are leaving soon, but at least just 2 more work days and then we're out of here!! I started some packing last night and immediately realized there was no way I was going to fit everything into one suitcase and the wheeled duffle. I pride myself on minimal packing, but there was just no way. So now I'm also taking a small suitcase to carry-on. I hate having carry-ons, normally it's just my backpack I wear on, but what can you do. DS is going to have to wheel the carry-on, at least until I get the other bags checked in.

And I'm ignoring the scratchy throat I have this morning. I refuse to accept that it might have anything to do with DS's cold that turned into a sinus infection. Will not be sick. Will not be sick.

Today is my Friday So to all those leaving early safe trip to everyone. Cheryl and I will be on our way 8:00 am Saturday. Wish we were there now.

Some of you we will see Saturday night, the rest on Sunday. Can't wait to meet all of you. Oh yeah please don't encourage Cheryl to be getting up on the tables. the insurance won't cover her falling off.

Gosh - seeing all of you excited has made me excited! I'm in panic mode as I can't find my AP. I know I shouldn't get a replacement just ask for a courtesy pass but if I go and get a new picture for my replacement, come next month when I have to renew - maybe they can use my new picture. Sorta like the DMV - you pay to upgrade a photo. HM...... might be able to sell DH on that one. Worth a try if I get to see my friends tomorrow night - Des - I'm coming with you - you may not have invited but I'll come with you!



UM.....John - Cheryl has to dance - maybe not on the tables but on the chair in Rocking Bar D or perhaps the stage??????? Please - DH doesn't dance and I need a dancing partner - its either Cheryl or you.

Or as one of the Blackstreet Boys said on the cruise in July - they were taking a picture with the resident star - Joey Fatone. "A Joey Sandwich" - or Oreo but I prefer a John sandwich ok?

We made it to OIA. I also managed to save us $180.00....Both of our bags were overweight.... ....So picture my mom and I, outside the airport frantically trying to rearrange our luggage. I'm personally carrying 15 lbs of shoes with me onto the plane LOL.....and I'm going to have to shove my purse into the carry on bag that my mom had packed in her suitcase for extra stuff so I'm not accused of trying to bring more than my one allotated carry on and personal item. Thank God she packed the bag, we'd have been stuck is she hadn't.....

Hope everyone who is still traveling has a safe trip......

In regards to my cousin - thank you for all of the thoughts and prayers. It was very strange for me today...although I am heartbroken over the loss of her..I felt it was important for DD that we keep on with our plans. I will not be able to go to the funeral as it is in Michigan on Fri. My Aunt called to give me the funeral arrangements...it happened so quick...yesterday she wasn't feeling well and went to the ER..she wasn't even checked into the hospital yet and went to the restroom and had a heart attack when the clot went to her heart. They said it was quick and I hope she did not suffer.

Desiree - my heart goes out to you and your family. Prayers and Peace to all of you.

TGITh...... here is hoping that my boss lady will take pity on me and let me out of my cube a little early today. I did get packed last night - but I have to do our MM club t-shirts tonight and finish 1 part of my scrapbook exchange tonight.

I asked this last night, but mistakingly did so during one of those posting competitions... For those aren't taking the pirate bus from Anaheim, is anyone using a private car or taxi? I am wondering the cost. I booked Super Shuttle and it is $60 for the two of us, so, I thought a car or taxi might not be that much more. Also, we wouldn't have to leave at 8 am. I wanted to get to the port close to 10 so that we could get on early and book Palo's brunch and tea if at all possible.
