I was a big Diet Coke freak, but now I'm hooked on Diet Pepsi Wild Cherry, although the Cherry Coke Zero is also really good.

I got my TOAL docs , wonder if I will get my 5 day docs before we leave ???

Todd, when do you leave for California? We leave on Aug. 9, so my TA (Jo!!!) called and asked for them to send both sets of docs and to be sure there were here before Aug. 8 . . . they are due to be delivered tomorrow. I would guess that they will be mailing out the 5 night cruise docs, soon, so if you don't leave as soon as I do, you will probably get them.

Ouch - I hope your documents arrive soon - remember that even if they don't you will still be able to board the ship. Just fill out the documents when you arrive at the terminal, that is if you didn't do the online check in. I understand that it is the principle of the thing, getting the documents

OMG! Y'all are getting talkative! Hope its nothing about me!
Oh yeah! Y'all remember my demon heathens at the dinner table? Seems April and I were talking yesterday and the kid that broke the salt shaker and spread it on the carpet? that one - well seems he was only 13 and the parents talked The Stack personnel into letting him be there. The day after the dinner incident, he was in Diversions when he got mad at the Wii and broke it and then threw the control down the elevator shaft. The counselors DID NOT THROW OUT the kid and his friends/relatives that were also doing stuff, instead they just fixed it somehow - (duct tape ) and continued to use it.

They didn't say anything to the parents and the other kids were so mad at him that they all ended up giving him a hard time. I was surprised, plus whenever he came around, they all moved. She thought they knew someone high up or the counselors because the kids always ended up sitting with the counselors. Talk about your recurring nightmare - I usually leave kids alone - that is my hands off policies, but since I witnessed and experienced them - Thank God I got my kids - Andrew and all!

Don't mess with a kids game system! You break it they make you feel like you are in Siberia! I have seen this soooo many times!

Woo-hoo!!! Single digit countdown for you!!

Definitely lime! I prefer Diet Pepsi Lime over Diet Coke, but it'll do.

My Mom bought me a 6 pack of the lime flavored Miller Chill. (Yeah, i have a cool Mom ) The first one tasted a little odd. The second one was actually a little better. And after the third one, it didn't really matter anyway.

K, now I am jealous... I've never had a homeowners claim in 12 years. I pay over $1000 for insurance. And property taxes.... uhhh. $14,000 for a 1800sq ft home! (thats not a misprint), 8% income tax, 8% sales tax.

Gasp! I remember back in the 70's when they passed proposition 13 here - caps income tax to 1% of the purchase price (+ 2%/year if property values increase). While some complain about the reduction of funding to services over the year, we did have a lot of people losing their homes because they couldn't afford the taxes after sudden rises in property values (which happens every decade or so around here).

I think I am in the minority..I think coffee is YUCKY!

Best definition I ever heard for coffee:

Take coffee beans.
Grind them up.
Wash them in hot water.
Drink the dirty water.

I'm in with the non coffee drinkers. I love the smell of fresh coffee, but hate the taste. I recently had a patient bring us a blended drink from the Coffee Bean. It was called Ultimate Vanilla. I was not going to try it, but the girls all talked me into it saying "it doesn't taste like coffee". Well it was a little slice of iced, blended heaven with whipped cream! Luckily we don't have the Coffee Bean very close by, as I could see popping in to have one on occasion! From what I understand it is made with ground chocolate covered coffee beans....which only confirms that anything covered in chocolate can be good!

Not a big soda drinker, but will have a regular coke on ice (crushed preferrably!), on occasion. I like water & lemonade's. Not a big tea drinker either.

I've been reading about a poster people received on the WB. It's always tough to get the posters home in pristine condition so I was wondering what size the poster was so I could bring a mailing tube to keep it nice. I guess I only need the width.

Has anyone seen the pins for this cruise? I just checked the Disneypins site and nothing yet.

I apoligize if this has already been discussed but I called the airlines that Disney booked for me to confirm seat assignments and when I asked about baggage fee's for 2nd bags - American Airlines stated that I will also be charged for each passangers 1st bag!

Could this be correct that although I purchased my air thru Disney that I now have to pay $15.00 for each 1st bag I check-in?

I have sent an email to DU since I transferred my ressie to them and I am hoping American is wrong on this. Has anyone who booked via Disney been told that depending on carrier they need to pay for 1st bags as well as any other bag check-ins?

I am afraid it is correct . Terri (Nutty 4 Disney?) has already confirmed that DCL did not buy them early enough to get free bags.

What I don't understand is how they are going to handle it - especially since you can check in luggage directly on the ship when disembarking?

I have no idea where that is, but DS18 pulled in there early this morning on their drum corp tour to Indiana. They have a 10 hour rehearsal there today and I know you guys were saying how abnormally hot it is right now...so just a curious mom wondering!

They leave tonight and next stop tomorrow is Des Moines, IA!

We leave the early morning the 14th , so hopefully we have them by the 13th , if not oh well , we checked in on line and printed and signed the contract so I think we should be okay , but you know we love our Mickey Mail ...lol
