It was Mickey head shaped with one castle in each ear and the itinerary map in the middle.

I thought I saved it, but I can't find it.

But seriously though... Rita just turned 8 and wants to go to the club, is small for her age, doesn't want to be with robert in the lab, etc. Maybe they'll let us do a switcheroo with Rita and Katie if both lab and/or club are too full for them to go in the other group but if they were SWITCHING then the fullness wouldn't be relevant?

That would be great if they would let us do that. Katie is exactly the opposite; she is as tall as my 9 1/2 year old and is always doing activities with the older kids so I was going to just figure it out when we get there and hope it goes well !

Yah I am the same way can't sleep and when everyone else is asleep it's kinda my time. It's nice and quiet. I have alot on my mind too. So many things to get done. With post cards, FE, SM stuff and oh my packing and getting DD shoes (dressy kind) I guess I am stressing about that and money ect..LOL.
Then kinda health issues with me but I am ok and all.

I just want everything to go smoothly and I am sure that you do as well. Plus we are like that commercial when they get the to go to Disneyland and you can hear the horses coming and everyone is laying in bed so excited. Remember? That maybe us...LOL

Well, we got our quote and we're doing it! Cat 6 & Cat 11 GTY for the 5 of us, and friends in another cat 11. Hope they're near each other!

Now I can get really OC about planning this trip. Although it sounds like others are more type A than me with vacation planning. I only have a small folder, so I must be Type Lowercase a.


And I'll have to figure out how exactly we're working DL into this trip. I can't go to Ca and not go there.

This was posted on 2-1-07, the day after we made our ressie, and it was post 7547 already! I didn't want to post before we were on the ship, because I didn't want to jinx myself. In fact, i was nervous about it even after having a cabin, because we were booked on the 2005 repo and had to cancel because of my school. I was really afraid that it would happen again. I'm so glad that I jumped in and became part of the crew (part of the ship, part of the crew, part of the ship)

And by the way, after a year and a half with y'all, I've gone from Type Lowercase a to TYPE A

I know that I won't be sleeping the night before! 1. I'll be too excited to sleep and 2. Leaving at 4 am, no sense in trying to get to sleep just to get up at 2 am - I'll sleep on the plane!

DS Beau, who is in drum corp and traveling across country via bus, called last night. They had arrived in Indiana, got settled in their housing area and then got evacuated to a YMCA shelter due to a tornado! LOL They are all fine and thought it was very exciting. I'm just glad I was at work last night and he called his dad during it and not me....scary!! It must be a preparation nightmare to have 100's of drum corps arrive in your state and need to have an emergency back up plan to send them somewhere at times like this! WOW

I hope everybody has a great day as we count down to this fabulous trip!

I have a feeling by the end of next week, I'll be talking to myself here, as everybody will have already left and I'll be packing and cleaning right up to the last day! LOL

You definitely weren't imagining it. The "Kingdom to Kingdom" theme was used, as above, in most of the merchandise for sale on the ship during the 2005 Repo.

I remember someone posted it with the 2008 itinerary because I wondered how they had done it. Unfortunately, I did not save it

Well, I'm getting rather excited as well as the rest of you.

This morning I took a box to UPS and shipped it to the Grand Californian at DL. It will arrive by the end of the day August 11th and I check in August 13th, so it should be waiting for me. The box is filled with some of my clothes as well as Mass supplies (chalice, ciboria, hosts.)

I emailed the pastor at St. Boniface (parish nearest DL) and he is going to supply the altar wine for us for the cruise. One of the office staff or a volunteer is going to deliver it to the Grand Californian after 3:00 p.m. on the 13th, so we will be set for supplies!

Now, all I have to do is try to wait for next Wednesday to arrive.

Although, today, my mind is definitely fixed on things here present. A storm from hell raged through the Chicago area and Northwest Indiana and there is lots of damage here . . . downed lines, et cetera.
