Rumbly morning. Poor dog is already stressed. My docs are in town. Now I wonder if I will get them or TA. Just have to track.

Today is my Friday and it couldn't have come any faster. Tomorrow I have to take DS to the airport at 7ish and then drive back into town to have his braces fitted by 8:30 and then his Drs appt at 10 at the hospital. Plus DD is working and somehow I have to retrieve the kids. Whew!!!! At least it's over early.

I know what you mean Arlene, tomorrow is my Friday, and it cannot get here fast enough.

Just switched my precruise hotel reservations and saved $160.

Sorry I'm not going to be able to try the Park Place Inn but it always ends up being more expensive than others in the area. When I booked in April, it had the best price. But I'm now at the Camelot which I've stayed at before and really like.

Sticking with capris I suppose. I have some shorts I'll bring in case I'm dying of heat stroke in the capris- but they aren't as comfortable and I like to hid my fat thighs and OMG my calves are huge! Hereditary but they are beyond big as normal at this point. LOL

I'd be interested to see a picture of our Captain without the Jack Sparrow makeup or costume.

A looooong time ago on the thread (When POTC AWE was released?), Todd had posted a bunch of "transition" pictures, no make up, died hair, adding this, adding that, was a cool set!

Hmmm...it shows it being delivered on 6/30 in WV.

I guess that doesn't work for everyone..mine says it was delivered on June 30 to Mo.....so...I am hoping that's not me

I have a TA tho..so I am sure it doesn't work for me.

Don't forget that the reference # is generic, so it may be other shippers you are looking at. I had to add my zip code to find mine. It may also be that they are taking several days to ship them all.

I'm slightly concerned because I haven't received anything from DCL about this cruise. I didn't get the pre-cruise planning thing or even the e-mail when they tried to jack up the PC charges.

I know I'm on the cruise!

Mine should be in town on Friday. Problem is they are going to my TA and she is out of town until 8/5. I may just have to call AAA and have them send them to me or let me pick them up.

I think DH is finally getting exciting. He asked last night if anyone on the board had heard about receiving their documents. Then he said why don't you ask on the board. He knows the power of the DIS, he just doesn't want to be bothered when I can summarize it for him~~lazy bum.

I got exactly the same thing. I'm guessing it will go to my TA anyway and she'll probably send it to us at DLH. We didn't receive it last time at all but it wasn't a problem.

If yours haven't been sent yet you can ask them to be waiting for you as "pier pick up". Some prefer to have it done this way if they are traveling before the cruise actually begins

We were able to use the two-way radios from Palo to our stateroom on deck 6 to keep tabs on my DD They also worked from deck 9 to Parrot Cay. I have trouble hearing, but the rest of my family were fine with them. We're also bringing some sticky pads just in case.

I was just wondering how they work. Was looking at some over the weekend and they have a charger. Like I told dd maybe one morning I might want to see the sunrise! She said me too! So much for solitude!

OK Todd, I finally figured out who JB is! Sometimes it takes me awhile.

I got my postcards from Vistaprint. They didn't center them very well, but they still look nice. No one will probably notice, just me.
