BIP...to answer your question about the fort, it is Fort Diego and is a five minute walk from the port. We are not going to see the divers. We were on the fence about doing that but the reviews from friends who did the WB Repo made us decide not to bother.

Yeah I asked about that too. She said she and DCL would keep looking... I expressed my frustration with this whole thing...

It is fustrating but even if someone is just pricing the room, and someone else goes to look at the same time or two minutes later it will show unavailable. It takes 20-30 minutes to clear out so that it shows again.

I would make sure your TA keeps looking as DCL has many things they work on and they may not be looking at your particular reservation when the room is available. I have booked many a room for clients by just being on the look out even though DCL had a waitlist for the things I was looking for

I'm wondering if we should do the same. It's quite a chunk of change to pay for all 5 of us and if it ends up being like they described, we'll all be disappointed (and maybe even grumpy afterwards.And who wants to pay for something that just makes us grumpy? LOL)

So we can walk with everyone? We'll be leaving enmasse together walking to the fort?

If you look in the list of *cruises meets threads* you wil see that there is one for *kids* going on this cruise!

There are actually several 17yr old girls that have posted -- my dd included. My daughter will be back in the Country next Wednesday. I'm sure she'll start posting again. They also have a Facebook group set up for the teens on this cruise.

Is it August yet?

I really need a vacation after today. First off, I had to come into work early to pull a 12 hour shift. Before that I had to take my cat to the vet and my car completely died half way there. Then once I got there I had to put my cat down. And then on top of it, I wasn't able to go to Disneyland today. For you that don't know, today is Disneyland's Birthday.

This is the first time in 9 years that I haven't been there to celebrate its birthday there.

I just got a pkg from Ebay. Its the necklace like Elizabeth wore in Pirates1 in the beginining of the movie and then they riped it off her neck when they went to cut her hand to brreak the crurse (I THINK)....

My gown is almost finished.. its gold and sparkly... I will try to post a pic here if someone can help me..I have no clue when DH will wear if anything really piratey... HMM what can her wear????

That is where all of our basic pieces came from. I hadn't thought to distress our costumes. I guess I will work on that next week! Ours are all *clean* looking!
