I'm sorry it didn't work out for you. I know that I faxed them on 1/31/07 soon after we booked the room. There is still a chance that you could get reservations and be seated together in the regular area. Go to the resie location ASAP with everyone's information. Remember...Marco will be there and he is the Prince of Palo, isn't he. If anyone can make it work...he can.

Also, the good new is that you are the next on the list when/if anyone cancels...which could still happen.

Just got off the phone with a young man named J.J.,at HoJo's(very nice young man!). He pulled up our ressie and according to him, we still have our Original Deal! That both numbers refer to the same reservation and he said "In House Reservations would automatically catch it upon checking in to the hotel". So,we still got our original deal of $67.20 and $95.20. Now I can stop steaming!!

glad to hear you got it all worked out! they were very nice on the phone when i called too. i also asked them to send me an email confirmation...which she quickly did. the woman i talked to months ago said she couldn't email me confirmation...and i was going only on the phone confirmation. i'm glad to have the paper printed out now!

congrats to all those getting rooms!!!we've had ours from booking day...but it seems so strange to hear of everyone getting theirs now. it's all coming soooo quickly now!!!! has anyone on here actually rec'd an upgrade??

I sleep every night w/ the bathroom fan on to block sounds. I looked forever for a sound machine that sounded like a fan but finally resorted to a small fan my Mom got me for sound. I will just leave it there when I leave.

Maybe I'll come sleep in your room!

They don't want you filling them direct (or refilling the cups they give) to cut down on germs, they would want you to use a paper cup and pour into refillable mug.

We have a DCL mug that was in CC bag a few years back that we use.. otherwise.. fill the paper cup with ice cream and then add milk and get a milkshake.. YUMMY

I was brave enough to lay out some clothes to see what I have vs need. I am not doing as bad as I expected. The formal night is still an issue as my dress can be zipped - but I can't breathe or sit down.
THIS IS A JOKE AND NOT MEANT TO BE SERIOUS (LET'S SEE IF THAT WORKED) but.... If I did get food poisoning or a touch of salmonella I would at least drop a few lbs. The sickest I have ever been is when I got food poisoning idea: bit I did lose a lot of weight.

What kind of long sleeve shirt and/or jacket is everyone bringing? I know air conditioning can be cool inside but I am not sure if I really need a jacket. Thoughts?

I'm not planning on an inside jacket,but I am bringing a light windbreaker for those possible chilly days/evenings on deck. Shocking Pink!

I feel accomplished..went thru my stacks of GS patches (I get extras) and I have a bunch for the exchange..I even found some from our area's Camporee that my DD patch won the contest.

Do we know yet how many patches we will need? (Everything is becoming a blur)

Just heard from Disney Weddings....

Our ceremony has been moved to 4:00 p.m.!!!

Now I feel better...as the photographer is doing the extra pictures after the ceremony. We don't have to eat in the buffet!

I don't know about captain. I was just thinking about this the other day. It has been almost 20 years since my OSU club rugby days. I need to get my mind wrapped back around the game. My rugby brain cells were probably on life support even back then!! Looking forward to it however--just trying to avoid a heart attack.

Good so you can be captain of the other team. We'll have a quick review on board the sports deck an you'll do fine. I have you down for an XL jersey?

Not exactly sure how that reply qualifies me as a captain but, if necessary, ok. We are in 6054 so just let me know when we are catching up. Thinking about it, admitting I played before (even 20 years ago), I probably walked right into it!!

In a perfect world I would be XXL--if you can pull that off. I can make due in a XL, if necessary. Not really sure I have the body type anymore to be leaping like in the old days--used to be 2nd row/lock. Maybe a little tall for a prop but I also don't see my big behind getting far off the ground anymore on a throw in. Oh, the memories. . .
