Who else felt they needed a Hep A shot just from watchng the Colombia episode of Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations from last night Is that a typical show for him? I've never watched his shows before, but was wondering what PETA thought of him eating endangered turtle eggs.

I don't get some of the Travel Channel shows I guess...but then again, I didn't care for Fear Factor either, so it must be the bug and turtle egg eating.

It (literally) drives me crazy when I am behind someone who doesn't seem to know what they are doing, only to pass them and see that they were on their cell phone and not paying attention!

A couple days after the law went in to effect, I watched a cop, talking on his cell phone, pull over another driver for talking on their phone. Maybe it was "work" related for the cop, but still. The double-standard that is set is aggravating.

Maybe the cop was calling the driver he pulled over.

I guess that's a magical number in a Haunted Mansion sort of way.

I was looking at the prices for the internet pkgs on the ship..does nayone know why it is cheaper on Wonder then the Magic?

Well, I got one thing crossed off the to-do list. Took DS to Walmart and bought his school supplies. I still need to label everything with his name and get it packed up for the "1st day" (his first, everyone elses 6th).

I found shorts that actually fit me for $7!!! I can't remember the last time I found clothes I liked that fit me at Walmart

Not worried about the Hep A, but the turtle joke seemed tastless and backfired at our household. This was the first show of his I've seen.

Now.....the dished wrapped in leaves and steamed seemed wonderful.

It is one of 10ds favorite shows. I usually find it too disgusting to watch with him!

Cruise related question:

I booked a dummy ressie on board. We received a 100.00 OBC.

We then transferred our ressie to Dreams and received the 400. OBC...

I was told I would have both? Was I misinformed? Because online it online shows 400.00

Well we do get the OBC for booking online + the Disney Credit card OBC + the TA credit for transferring to them (I actually asked a CM at Disney to look at it)

Some of it did look good, but I swear he called the deep fried pig intestines "Deep fried poop chutes".

Guess it explains why he doesn't need reservations.

Well we do get the OBC for booking online + the Disney Credit card OBC + the TA credit for transferring to them (I actually asked a CM at Disney to look at it)

I went back and found the email I sent and I had a 200 OBC from booking onboard - but I never found the response that I received from Marla. Was the Disney CM able to see all OBC credits in thier system or JUST the "Disney" ones? That 200 will come in handy for Drinks of the Day!!!!

I found my dummy reservation confirmation - would the OBC be listed on that?????

We are still going...not crazy about the reports that came back, but like you said, there are not a whole lot of options at this port due to the time

Right- not a lot of options but also I'm concerned because it seems to be such a long (time wise) excursion and the cliff divers part isn't that long really. I'm afraid the kids aren't going to enjoy this excursion except maybe for the few minutes the divers are actually diving...

We're going to Sea Life Park, too. We're booked for the sea lion encounter. Maybe those of us going can try to share cab(s). There's four of us in our party.

There's 5 in our party- not sure how many can fit in a cab.But she was saying they charge per person anyway.

The CM read off all of them to me so I know he saw all of them. I've never used a TA before, so I wanted to make sure we got all of the OBCs. Though I almost paniced when he said "$100 from the TA" instead of $200. Apparently they list that per person, so he looked again and it was there. Don't know the answer to the dummy reservation confirmation.

Well, we got our cabin assignment too! 7600 Not bad location, but a connecting cabin. Don't like the noise usually associated with them, but it's on the ship. I hate being on the wing!
