8:15 ressie at Crystal Palace on a 9am opening day? Opinions?

I guess I could get there really early. We are allowed to show up an hour early,right? I just don't want to be stuck in there when I could be out getting to the rides...BUT if I am in then I can get in before everyone. I would love to do it. My 6 year old hasn't been since she was 2, and would LOVE that experience!

The earliest they'll start seating is 8:05. You won't get seated at 7:15, or even into the park before 7:45.

Don't view it as "stuck." View it from the eyes of your 6 year old. You will need an hour if she wants to meet all the Pooh friends. You can ask for the check when you are seated to make leaving easier, but don't rush your kid if she's going to love the experience.

I agree with the PP. We did dinner at CP and it was a solid hour if not more to meet all 4 characters and eat. Granted we were there for dinner so things might be moving a bit slower than an early morning ressie. I would still bank on an hour at least.

Be at MK by 7:30 you can get in and walk up Main Street and to CP before 7:45. Check in when you get there because they will start calling names @8:00 and it goes pretty fast. Characters come out really quick at PPO and you will be done by 8:40-8:45. Went right over to 7DMT and rode twice before the RD crowd got there. We always do CP PPO on MK days and never have any problems staying ahead of the RD crowd.

7DMT is not bad at all. No problems with the upchuck reflex!
