8:15 at Chef Mickey and then 9:30 KTTK tour - Can I do it?

The tour is far better than chef mickeys! I would skip the breakfast and do the tour. Doing breakfast first at chef mickeys is to much of a time crunch. One year i searched for months for a chef mickeys and i was so excited when I finally got it that being said while everyones mileage may vary we did not enjoy chef mickeys the food was blah the service was terrible too. The tour on the other hand is fabulous and we still talk about how wonderful it was to this day. The day of the tour we did a 8 am crystal palace breakfast and made the 9:30am tour no problem.

This would be so difficult and not worth it. I am not a fan of Chef Mickey's anymore either. So, really not worth it for me.

Keep checking for an earlier CM reservation - even right up to the day before.

As others have already stated, definitely not enough time. I would keep trying to get an earlier CM. I would want to an ADR 7:30 at the latest to make the tour comfortably. This allows for the worst case scenario of 90 mins for CM and 15min (I would walk) to MK for check-in at 9:15. The other option may be to try and get a Crystal Palace ADR. If you got that one for 8:00ish, you'd be in good shape time wise.

Another vote for not enough time - I have never been seated here on time, let alone early. Sometimes we get characters right away, once it took almost half an hour just for all the characters to rotate through. I would be way too stressed to enjoy my meal. DH and I are pros at squeezing stuff in, but I just don't think this would work. Chef Mickey's is so much fun, you will want to be able to relax and enjoy it, not rush through, possibly not get to see all the characters and possibly be late for the tour. I hope you can find an earlier ressie or a diff day so you can enjoy both! Good luck!!
