I snagged a ressie for BOG 7pm on a MNSSHP day. I heard we are kicked out at 7 pm of the parks. Will I be able to use this? I am not buying another MNSSHP ticket. Do you think we could go in at 6:30 ish early? I would hate to lose this ressie, but can't afford another hard ticket event. TIA

My understanding is you need a party ticket for a 7 pm reservation. Did it tell you you needed a ticket when you booked? Others have mentioned getting that message.

I just called Disney and I was told as long as you go 15 mins early (prior to 7 pm) and let the hostess you don't have MNSSHP tickets- it will be ok, and once dinner is over they escort you to the gates that way security doesn't come for you.

So basically it depends on who you talk to. The poster in the other thread called and was told you needed a party ticket for 7 or later. I think there is a good chance it could depend on the CM working at BOG that day.

Well that makes me really nervous. The woman I spoke to didn't hesitate at all when she answered me. SHe made it seem like it was no problem- no big deal at all.

I also have have a BOG ressie for 7pm on a MNSSHP and I'm nervous too about not being let in. When I snagged the ressie, it didn't say anything about needing an extra ticket. I'm glad the CM you called acted like it wouldn't be a problem because I'm planning on checking in around 6:30 just to make sure we can make it! STILL NERVOUS!

I think we we will be fine. But it is probably best to check in earlier...just in case. Pluse who know's maybe they can seat you earlier and then nothing to worry about at all, but the woman I spoke with made it seem like no, not a big deal at all. You could call disney dining ressie too and get your own idea from the CM.

The email confirmation states

Your reservation occurs during a special event, which requires a separate admission ticket for park entry. Please ensure all members of your dining party hold tickets for this event.

I called again to DIsney and this time she told me we would be fine, but double checked with her manager and then came back and said no. We would need a 6:55 ressie, which they didn't have.

I am really glad that you called again, because Disney does not waffle on their MK policy when it comes to hard ticket event. No ticket, no nothing. No shopping, no eating. You can do anything before 7, but that is it.
