I was really surprised how reasonable the Hilton could be during a non-convention period. I paid around $135 for a Disney view. Standard view was $113!!

I usually stay at the Hilton Anaheim when I go to a CME program at the Anaheim Convention center. According to the report, there are Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries in the rooms. Unless they changed between now and when I attended the conference, they actually have PeterThomasRoth toiletries, which are OK, except the shampoo leaves my hair like straw, so I bring my own from home. It's an OK hotel. During the conference, the rates were quite a lot more expensive. My room, which was on a high floor, faced the Marriott across the plaza. There was no balcony. My rate was about $160 per night, which I think was discounted. Last spring, I extended my visit to have my family join me during spring break. The room was nicer, opened onto the same courtyard, which is on the fifth floor, and was only $135 per night. So, sometimes, they have decent rates.
