75 SSR (Sept UY) and 200 BWV Dec UY for rent starting at $18 pp.

We have some unused points heading into next year and would like to rent them out to YOU! 75 SSR at $18 pp and 200 BWV at $22 pp. Disney makes this process super easy and we have rented many times in the past. We just need a few things:

Resort
Specific dates
Room size and view preference
Party size and ages of children

If we find what you need, we'll book the trip. When the confirmation email comes through you can link the trip with your DW app for added peace of mind. At that point, you'll pay for half the trip. 60 days out, the rest of balance will be due. We have been using Paypal for the most part. It's an extra 3% fee for their service.

So sorry, but we have already transferred this year, so we can't anymore.

I can only book out 11 months in advance. Sorry, our UY is December. The demand for these studios is high. I'm sure its because of where they are coupled with the low amount of points it takes to book them. I looked at the current "11 month window" August 27th and many of the studios are gone. Crazy!!!

I do believe the points expire December 1. But, if that is the case, I can simply use next year‘s points.. I can’t try and book this till after the first of the year. I will tell you this. What I learned is that those dates that you are seeking seem to be the most popular time of the year for DVC members to go to Disney World. I actually tried to book those same dates for my family and had to push it out a week just to get the rooms I wanted. I can certainly give it a try though when the time comes.
