Anyone remember Courtship of Eddie's father? How about The After School Specials?

DANGER WILL ROBINSON!!!! :teeth:

Yes, to Gilligan's Island and after school specials.

Also, the 3:30 movie (that's what it was called and it had Frankenstein, et al), Little House on the Prairie, the Little Rascals..............................The Brady Bunch!

Mighty Mouse and Speed Racer.............Andy Griffith Show.

Were 6 Million Dollar Man and Wonder Woman in the evenings or after school? Also, Dukes of Hazzard? Mutual of Omaha's Wild KIngdom?

:rolleyes1 Mutual of Omaha is people..........you can count on when the going's rough............

the Wee Willie Webber show
The Brady Bunch
Gilligan's Island
The Patridge Family

Hmm...should I admit to Match Game (with Gene Rayburn) and the Gong Show?!! LOL

I turned on game show network not so long ago and was shocked at the stuff on Match Game! I guess all the sex stuff went right over my head back then!
And I know I was justing for the Unknown Comic and his dance!!

Lost in Space... loved that show! Will and Dr. Smith!!

I'd watch Speed Racer with my little brother.

I LOVED the After School Specials--remember racing home for them, looking forward to the next.
And I also enjoyed "Degrassi Junior High"--but that was watching as a teacher in the '90's.
I'm sure my DD11 would love shows like that--is there anything comparable nowadays?

Gomer Pyle USMC
The Beverly Hillbillies
Gilligan's Island
and yes I also watched Match Game and the nighttime version of the Price is Right. Oh and my favorite was the old Wheel of Fortune where the contestants had to shop for their prizes with their winnings. It seems everyone always had $300 left and was forced to buy that ugly dalmation statue.

Brady Bunch, MASH reruns and MTV when they actually played music videos.

I rushed home from school to make 3pm start of General Hospital

Oh yeah, Afterschool Specials. I usually hated those because they pre-empted the local cartoon roundup.

Gomer Pyle, USMC -that was another fave of mine

Six Million Dollar Man, Bionic Woman, Brady Bunch, and Partridge Family -I remember those shows as more night-time shows... but I AM 41 yo

Thought of another.... anyone recall Dark Shadows? I totally did not get that show as a kid, but I remember it scaring me in the aftrenoons.

If you grew up in the DC area did you watch all the Japanese shows hosted by Captain 20 in the afternoons? There was Ultraman, Speed Racer, Marine Boy, probably others. And I always wanted to get home and see the next installment of "Batman." Somebody always had Batman and Robin tied up to some elaborate machine that was supposed to kill them, but they always got free at the last second. You'd think the villains would learn that they ought to just shoot them.

Emergency!

I always had to watch after school. I loved that show.

4:00 pm Looney Tunes
4:30 Gilligan's Island

I can quote Gilligan's Island episodes almost verbatim, which scares my husband.

Who are Bingo, Bango, Bongo and Irving?

After school specials
Sigmond the Sea Monster
HR Puff in Stuff (spelling??)
Land of the lost

Dark Shadows in grade school & General Hospital in High School

Loved the Courtship of Eddie's father, and couldn't wait for the afterschool specials. I wish they would put them out on dvd, I think they were great for pre-teens.
