Haha I thought you were going to say the gasoline smell from the carburetor.I drove a 1976 280Z for a couple of years - LOVED that car! I saw one a car museum and just seeing it brought back the smell of the interior. View attachment 816388
I'm not tech-y enough to post a picture, but Love's Baby Soft. There's a whole generation of us who went to high school in the early 70s that wore that scent religiously. I can still smell it.
just last week on the show 'the toys that built america' they featured play-doh. since the stuff was originally used to clean wallpaper there was some effort put into creating it's iconic scent so it would not longer smell like a cleaning product (i hate the smell myself).
I have a bottle of Love's Baby Soft and still spritz some on occasionally when I go out. I've had people ask me what scent I'm wearing. It's a nice, gentle fragrance.I'm not tech-y enough to post a picture, but Love's Baby Soft. I can’t see that without remembering the Everybody Loves Raymond episode where Frank used Marie’s Jean Nate . . .That made me think of this one. I have a bottle of it in my bathroom that I bought for my mother.

This was my fragrance before I graduated to adding COTY Musk and Avon's Sweet Honesty.I'm not tech-y enough to post a picture, but Love's Baby Soft. There's a whole generation of us who went to high school in the early 70s that wore that scent religiously. I can still smell it.
This was my Grandma's favorite! I can still remember the lush poof with the tempting soft powder in the tub, the powder seemed so ladylike and glamorous to me back thenThat made me think of this one. I have a bottle of it in my bathroom that I bought for my mother.

Do you also remember the cheaper knockoff one with a very unique smell?
That is a scent you don’t soon forget. I remember putting that on after I had been out in the sun.
