There is detail on the arch... I too must walk around with my eyes closed! Next time I am going to stop to enjoy!

Same here because I never really noticed that before. Must pay better attention to detail!

Yeah if you look at the Day 6, part 1 post the detail is on the sides.. You know the big arch and then there's a little side arch.. It was the side arch we went through but I'd never noticed that detail before! I think there's so much detail in the Disney parks it's easy to miss it all unless you stop and enjoy. Everyone is to busy going must rush to Toy Story Mania and then when that's done I have to get back to Rockin Rollercoaster and minute I get off that etc etc! Although we don't do any of those rides but you know what I mean.

Love! the balloon picture and the arch picture! I also sometimes see photos of things that I've never noticed before....mainly because I'm rushing from one attraction to another!

Thanks. All the trip reports I read I see things or learn about things I never knew was there. Epcot was our worse park for that... Momma and as a result me was convinced that the countries Epcot was only the front for kind of decoration I guess that there was nothing else in any of them. I made her walk up the steps in Mexico in 2010 and she was coming behind me going why are you going up here there's nothing there we went around the corner and my point was proven that we have never seen Epcot properly

I know Some of them are seriously protective of that line. I saw it so often on the last trip and those white poles in Magic Kingdom do not touch them or they'll take your fingers off.

I found a spot just at the corner of those white lines the CM's put down before the parade that you dare not cross for fear of being decapitated.. ok so maybe not that extreme but there are a few CM's who get very protective of those white lines and if your toe so much as crosses it they're at you going stand back stand back can't stand there. Calm down there love like there's no parade yet! Anyways that was just a side ranting observation (life's stressing me I'm in a ranty mood whatever.)

Yeah... I know this rant.

Techically it's on the side arch so maybe that's why nobody noticed it. It's not on the great big one!

They were kinda funny though. They were being to silly with the line like some people were trying to pass through parade waiting crowd and in order for them to get past you you had to cross their precious white line and they'd be over in a shot you can't stand there. I'm not like I'm getting out of the way! I get it when the parades on moving vechicles and all that but is it necessary before the parade starts?!

It's like the table Nazi CM. My momma is clearly at the counter collecting the food why can't I sit down while she walks from the counter to the table I'm at?!

They are much more relaxed for the late parade...but I tried walking through during wishes...and people do not follow the tap rules at all. I just wanted to keep pushing people out of my way and hold a sign up that said, don't stop in this area...get behind the tape. LOL

Wishes and the Magic Memories and You show people stand anywhere. They'd nearly stand on top of you. I'll get to the Universal Parade incident I had as well eventually but that was a park guest not CM... I guess parade/show time is a funny time rule wise in general!

I'm joining in late in the game, but I'm reading along! We're going to Disney this December. We were going to skip AK, but I hate to miss all those pretty trees! We'll have to see how our park plans pan out.

Welcome! The trees are probably the most decorated area of AK. not much else different for Xmas there except the parade and the characters in costumes.

I did have good day. Doing the work ex and then went shopping.. to Disney store among others.. They have a new window. I took a pic will post it after. Then was recording the radio show and they brought my a cone of Ferrero Rocher A friend got me a beanie of Pascal and Mickey came over from Florida as well as cat in the hat sockies. My momma was being sneaky that day because I saw her buying those and I was like who are they for and she said they were for herself and I was like but you don't like toe socks. She was like I'm going to wear them in bed then they fell out of Florida Mickey Mouses arms
