7 night western Caribbean cruise show schedule and dinner rotations

Hello,
We've booked our first western Caribbean 7 night cruise on the Disney Fantasy for Feb (Cozumel, Georgetown, Falmouth, and Castaway Cay). I believe it will be a Pixar Day Cruise. Does this mean instead of Pirate night there will be something Pixar themed? What are the Pixar Days like?

If you've been on a a 7 night western Caribbean recently, would you mind sharing your show schedule and dining rotations? We're trying to figure out which days we should aim to make a reservation at Remy/Paolo

You won't know your dining rotation until you get on the ship. On the 7-night cruise, you will have all three MDRs repeat and one three-peat.
