BCV and BWV for F&W, but BWV seems to be doable if you would take preferred view. Some have gotten std or bw.

VWL from the time the Xmas decorations go up until after the holidays.

HHI for the summer months(early June might be doable, but late June-Aug are the tough ones).

I think there were waitlists for BCV last December. I think beca had a waitlist for the first week in December and she owns there.

GV are hard to get if you don't own at the resort. OKW has reasonable point costs for GV and are very hard to get if you don't own there. I think people see the point requirements and want one, but are often disappointed at 7 months.

I needed to add on a room for VB for this June. When I called in December, the only inn room was a garden view, and at the time, there were at most 3 of them. For a month or so, I waitlisted for an OVIR, and it didn't come through. I decided to just stay with the garden view and made other plans for those extra points.

There seem to be a lot of folks on waitlist for the days around Christmas and New Years Eve. I waitlisted at just a few days past 11 months for BWV Dec. 28 - 31. Still hasn't cleared. BWV and BCV seem to be difficult during the Jan. marathon, especially studios. From the reports of crowds during April, I am guessing that dates surrounding spring break are going to become more difficult at smaller resorts.
