It's really hard to know - bottom line is that you 'll have to wait and see what the owner can get when he/she calls.
In your favor:
*7 month window for March 09 hasn't opened yet. (So you'll have to find a BCV owner to get a BCV reservation or a BWV owner to get a BWV reservation).
* Easter is in April, so only the "usual" spring breakers to compete with for the reservation.
Not in your favor:
* You need to move quickly - once the 7 month window opens (In August) any remaining space will go quickly. Yo may need to pay a higher price per point to get a reservation during the home resort booking period for those two resorts.
* You need to decide now (for the best chance) on either BCV or BWV so you can book during the home resort booking period. Assume you know that most owners consider renting to be a non-refundable deal.
* It's more difficult to find an owner willing to waitlist - not many are willing to tie up points with a waitlist when there are so many opportunities out there to get the deal done now.
*BW view rooms tend to sell out early in the home resort booking period.
All that said, a member never really knows what may be available until the call. My personal opinion is that your best chance is the BWV. There should still be Pool/Garden rooms available right now and since the points are the same for Pool/Garden & BW views, if the BW view isn't available, the owner would probably be willing to waitlist the BW view for you. Since March 2009 is still 9 months away, there's a reasonable chance a waitlist will come through.
