7 month window question

OKW is our home resort (since 2009). Never stayed anywhere else. We would like to try a different resort in Feb 2020. As of today, July 24th, the DVC website says we can book starting the 24th of Feb 2020. Been trying to get the Poly starting on the 24th and checking out the 29th (5 nights). When trying to proceed, window opens and says we are outside our window and select starting July 24th, which is today! Can I only pick one day at a time or should we be able to get our 5 nights since it is showing available?

Just called member services and their hours start at 9. Not sure I was clear on my question. My 7 month window is open today, but can I book the whole 5 days since 4 of them are still outside the 7 month window?

Online booking opens at 8 AM. You can see the availability at 7 months but you can't book it until that time... exactly.

Member Services offices open at 9 AM. If you need them to book it you must wait till then. Many prime rooms will be gone with folks booking online at 8 AM.

I do understand. You are trying to book before 8 AM at 7 months online. Wait until 8 AM and try it again. Don't know where you are but remember that's Eastern Standard Time.

Glad you got it. As you learned, the 7 month window does not open at midnight 7 months out, but 8AM. The wording is a little vague to me, and it also happened to me once. A cup of coffee later and I figured it out.

Ha ha....Been there. As a school teacher....our day starts at 8:05am......and the school network now blocks the DVC member site....so trying to do it at 11 months or 7 months from my cell phone in a cinderblock fortress before the kids come into homeroom at 8:10......it sends my stress level through the roof haha
