7 month Availability for SSR Treehouse Villas?

SSR Treehouse Villas; Are they usually available in early June at the 7 month mark? We own at AKV and I'd like to bring my mother along next summer. While a 1 bedroom at AKV should work for the five of us, the Treehouse Villas would certainly give us more space. TIA

Not from experience, but it seems like they have decent availability. Anecdotally, Pete was saying they have good availability regularly on the DVC Show's review.
