Third week of April 2017 is Easter week. For March and April, it has only been the two Easter weeks when Vero has had an issue at 7 months out. For Easter week in 2015 and 2016, you would have found, if you had booked exactly 7 months out from Easter Sunday, that studios and inn rooms were open for the week, but all other room sizes were missing 4 to 5 nights. You could still have an issue but the past seems to indicate a possible favorable outcome.
Not sure which week you are referring to as third week of Aug (one that begins Aug 13 or Aug 20) but this applies to Aug in general. For both 2015 and 2016 at 7 months out, getting studios was a problem. In both years, VGC had a pattern going on during Aug where any particular start date and the dates after showed studios as available at 7 months out, but the particular start date disappeared within 20 seconds after 8 a.m. eastern (possibly faster than that but it took me that long to check once 8 a.m. hit on the several days I did check). What that indicates is that very few rooms were open if it were even more than one, the winner was the one with the computer that communicated nanoseconds faster with Disney's computer than the computers of other members, and the subsequent days were still shown as open until you tried the next day to book them likely because they were still showing at least one more member checking out that day than checking in. Also, in 2016 that pattern became worse for second half of Aug where at times two days disappeared at 7 months out and then two days later three days disappeared. Of course, you can always try wait-listing if you cannot get it at exactly 7 months out.
