7 days what % of parks will we see?

We will be going for 4 days at the parks then 7 days cruising then 3 days parks again. Our kids will be 4 and 9. We tend to have been start to finish at Disneyland. What % of the parks do you think we will cover in this time frame? Just doing theme parks no water parks or quest

We went in Oct for 7 days w/a 2 and 4 yr old and saw quite a bit. We made it to every park, although only a half day at AK. BUT, since your kids are older, you should be in good shape. We had to do alot of child swapping for rides and that ate up a good amount of our time. Depending on when you're going and how planned out you get, you should be able to see alot. Have Fun!

In 7 park days we covered most of all the parks.

We spent 3 days in MK, 2 in epcot, and 1 each in ak and MGM.

We ended up missing one show plus one of the walking trails at ak.
We did everything at MK, more than once. Had we had hoppers, we'd have probably gone over to Ak for a couple more things to finish up.
We did everything at epcot except innoventions west and the long show with Ellen. This is a huge park and it takes a lot of time just to get from building to building.
We missed a couple shows at MGM not because we couldn't cover the park, but because the show times conflicted with a dinner reservation in tere and there wasn't any way around it. We would not have gone back to see what we missed.

There isn't much in the international section of epcot for smaller kids.
