7 days of christmas dining...what do you think?

O.k this is my rough draft of dining reservations I would like to get for our christmas trip....any thoughts. I tried to make our MK reservation before christmas to make sure we don't get there and the park is full.
dec. 23 Crystal palace dinner (never done this before)
dec. 24 Sci Fi Lunch (never done this before)
Mama Melrose late dinner (our favorite)
Dec. 25 Le Cellier CP package dinner (another fav. restaurant...close 2nd)
Dec. 26 Kona Cafe dinner (we love love love it here)
Dec. 27 Yak & Yeti lunch (never done this before)
Dec. 28 San Angel Inn dinner (again, new to us)
Dec. 29 Kona Cafe breakfast ...oh my god it's amazing ! !
Dec. 29 Maya Grill late dinner at our resort (new to us)
early flight home in the a.m 30th

I also plan on lunch at Columbia Harbour house...I have heard good stuff and we haven't eaten here. And we will have at least one lunch at Earl Of Sandwich....we love it there too.

SO, Now I just cross my fingers and hope to get these on my 180 days mark.
Can I make all reservations on my earliest day or do I have to do one each 180 mark day out??

You are doing alot of new places like us, San Angel Inn, Sci Fi and Y&Y! Cannot wait to try these places.

If you are staying on disney property you can make all your servations 10 days out from the day of check in.
