Hi everyone, Ive been looking on the internet and found a company viator who do a 7 day unlimited universal studios 2 park ticket. Is this a good deal? Thankyou so much:confused:

Depends...you don't say what the price is, lol.

You can buy the 7 day 2 park ticket from www.universalorlando.com for $89.99+ tax and they are non expiring, meaning that they are good until you decide to use them. Once you activate the ticket by visiting a park, the ticket expires in 7 days. Currently, UO is also throwing in Wet & Wild for free. You can also get the same ticket from AAA (W/O Wet & Wild), if you are a member, for $79.99!

If it's the $89 7-day ticket from Universal, yes that's a great deal! Even better if you're a AAA member and can purchase from AAA! I would buy directly from Universal or AAA - use the website link that d4est posted above.

Got mine for 81.00 per person (same price for adult and child by the way).

AAA seems to have the absolute best deal on that. If not, the main website at 89.00 is a good deal.

(of course I'm new to all this, and to Universal....so 'my word' may not always be 'spot on')

Regardless....I got mine for 81.00. I got mine from the main website back in March 2008. They've gone up 8.00 per person since then. I wish I had known that AAA did this deal as well. I could have saved a whole six bucks)...he he

....hey, that's a hamburger.

Hi all, decided to book with viator, I used a promo code form internet for 5% and it worked fine. Tickets were 89 dollars each less 5%. this is for 7 day unlimited. We just print out the vouchers and take them to the booth at universal. Thankyou so much :yay:

allibee ---- I printed my tickets via computer printer also. Through this board, I have found out that once you are in the parks for the first time ---- you can go to Guest Services and they will provide you with a hard card stock ticket instead of using the big paper sheets. I plan on doing that our first day at the parks.

Also, if you print out your tickets...the rules that came with my printed tickets state that you are supposed to bring your picture drivers license, along with the credit card you paid with to show the attendant when you enter the parks. Not sure if they actually uphold this 'rule', .......

That's another reason why I want to switch my paper tickets to the card stock ones. I don't want to have to do that EVERY time I go into the parks

Have a great vacation

Could someone who has just purchased the $89 7-day ticket, please tell me if "un-used" tickets expire by a certain date? 14-day Disney tickets, if unused, will be always be valid until you start using the ticket. Do the Universal tickets work the same way? Is there any "small print" on the ticket that says they will not expire by a certain date?

I want to go to Universal in 2010, and I'd like to purchase these ticket now at the current price, before a price increase or before they stop selling them.

if you buy the 7 day or 14 day passes and use one day of them, they will expire after the date listed on them.

if you never activate them, meaning use them for park entrance, they will not expire.

many are buying them now and holding onto them for 2010.

i know 2 years ago you could pay the difference and make them non expiring on a 2 day pass but that is a way different ticket. passes were not included on that situation.

bottom line: once you use any days on the 7 day or 14 day passes, they will expire within the time frame.
you can not keep them and come back a month later or year later and expect to use them. you would have to buy tickets again for that trip.

the passes they have now are dirt cheap, it's like getting a present.

you use them only 2 days for both parks and you have certainly gotten your moneys worth out of purchasing them.

I just went on to the Universal website and saw the 2 parks/7 days/$89 offer, but it did not mention Wet N Wild. How do I get that included?

Thanks.

It seems to be a demographic offer. I had to use an anonymizer website to get it to come up for me. Thank you to whomever suggested it!

The never expire ticket at US is great. My DH, DS and I went the year you got a kids ticket free for every adult ticket bought. We had an extra kid ticket we did not use. I tried to give it away but everyone had the same deal and did not need it. I ended up bringing it home and putting it in a drawer. Came in handy last winter when DS and I went on Mommy and Me trip.:goodvibes
