7:30AM Ohana Breakfast....... 11:30AM flight?

How long does it take to get seated for the first 7:30am reservation? I've been to the Ohana breakfast and we think typically we stay only about an hour or 1.5 hours to see all of the characters.

We have our rental car and would leave straight after to head to MCO. Do you think following is at all possible or should I give up this breakfast ?

7:30am - 9:00am Ohana
9:30am - MCO, return rental
10:00am - Jetblue even more speed to get thru security

Personally that would be too tight for me...last time we were at MCO - rental car return was crazy and took about 30 minutes and until we got to the gate it was about another hour....so in total from getting there to gate was about an hour and a half...
