7/28/07 Teen/tween Mediterranean Cruise Thread

This thread has been set up for the Children on the 2007 11 night Mediterranean Cruise leaving Barcelona Spain on July 28th.It is designed for the kids to get to know each other before the cruise sets sail.

Firstly, Internet security, first names only, or Disnames, general locations please do not give any details. The first time you all should meet should be on the ship or perhaps in Barcelona if pre- arranged by your parents and with your parents. Anywhere else refer to parents! If you post a picture, please ask your parents if the picture is OK to post.

My daughter Carley has been in contact with a few "cruise mates" by e-mail and we thought more kids would like to join in. It is suggested that at first introduce yourselves, age, if you have traveled on the ship or to Disney before, your favorite ride or show etc. Hobbies and sport, and favorite music etc.

Posting can be via your parents if required, but parents this is the kid’s thread, any parent topics should be posted on the main thread.

Hello, we are the Children of ANDREW DEREK, and we are on the Med cruise.

I AM Alice and I have a brother called stephen .Were as I am 11 an my brother is 8 . we live in north east London near Essex in England .

Is there going to be any Girls my age on this cruise? and for my brother any boys around the age of 8.

What does everyone like, I am into Art and reading, Stephen loves his x box and trains. We also keep fit on our bikes.

We have been on a number of Disney cruises before so know are way around the ship and the clubs, and its good that its coming to us this month across the Atlantic.

I'm Carley, (salliep's daughter). I'm going to be 13 august 29th. I'm really glad my mom found this site since I'm an only child. I was afraid I wouldn't know anyone and I wouldn’t have anyone to go to the tween\teen places on the boat. I hope we can all meet up and do things together
We go to Disney world every year since I was born- we LOVE it there and we never get sick of it. My favorite ride is Tower of Terror and Rock N Roller Coaster.
I live on Long Island which is only about 20 minutes from NYC, so we go there a lot for shows and hangin out. Im in 7th grade, we only have 33 more days left until summer vac!!
I do track, dance, and I play the cello. I love to shop at the mall .
My mom said something about a grab bag- I think it would be a great idea for us to get a gift from the place we live and exchange on the boat- let me know if your in. I'll get back on line later- I have track practice now !! Bye I cant sign in under my name- I have to ask my mom why, but its tinkgcny

Hi we have half term Monday 28th May a week off then we go up to Friday 20th July, and we fly out on the Saturday 21st, School returns September

Stephan, my brother doesn't have an xbox, but he loves video games. My brother has a gamecube and a playstation that he plays everyday all the time. I am sure they could still talk about video games that both the systems share and
if there is an xbox on the boat my brother(Ben) would love to learn how to play and Stephan could teach him, if he wanted.


Carly I am thinking about what to put in that bag. If I where to go on the highway all I would see is corn so that right now is all I can think of putting in my bag right now.


Also Alice I will try to get my brother Ben to post soon if your brother wants to talk to him.
