Day 2
Wednesday, October 14
Today is our Epcot morning. We'll probably get up and do the Soarin' Rush for Rope Drop. (even staying at the MK until close the night before is only 9) I want to get in Soarin', Living with the Land, and Spaceship Earth( the last two I've never done!) I think we can get those in before the lines get too long. The rest is gravy. I like Test Track, but I won't die without it, and I learned my lesson the hard way with Spaceship Earth.
Even though I'm not sure how I'll do with my surgery and portions, I do believe I'll find more things at table service restaurants that I'll be able to eat (think Atkins diet, but high fat) so I've made reservations for all our meals. If I change my mind, I can always cancel the reservations. We have a 12:00 lunch ressie at Rose & Crown which I've heard mixed reports about so if it doesn't suit that day we might just do the F&W thing again. We'll play it by ear. Probably hit the WS countries that we missed the day before and wander out the back door to the BW! I'm sure there will be a long nap this afternoon!!
That night we have a reservation at Artist Point at 5:35. I've never been to the Wilderness Lodge so I'm really excited about it. I'm also excited because we'll be taking the boat over to the MK for MNSSHP after that. I loved this last year and I'm so excited to be going again!! My big wish is to do Splash Mountain after dark. (I hear it's amazing!) And, of course, we'll have to hit the Haunted Mansion too. (Last year we went during the first parade and it was perfect!! Hopefully we'll be all rested from our night and ready to stay for the 2nd parade and the villains show to end our night!
