650pm Dinner Reservation and Wishes Dessert Party?

So we have a 6:50 reservation at Be Our Guest for Dinner and I just got a text that a Wishes Dessert Party opening is available. I hurried up and booked it but do you think it's really possible to do both? The wishes party states the reservation is for 8? Would I be better off just using a fast pass for Wishes (i have that too but obviously plan to release one or the other).

In my opinion, I would choose one or the other but not both.
Both are dining experiences. Both have their pros and cons.
Having done both at one time or another, I would choose BOG over the dessert party.

You really only have time to do 1 or the other. I would do WISHES, but that is just me. Can I ask who you are using for the alert?

Depends, are we talking about a couple or a family with 6 children? With a couple it should it be possible within 1 hour (taking 10 minutes to walk to Wishes location), if you are seated on time and only take a main course. I would check in early at BOG and till the day arrives I would keep checking if earlier diner times open up.

ive gone an early BOG dinner (6pm), just ordered entrees, and done the dessert party (9pm start for 10pm Wishes) and felt I was able to eat my money's worth... but that was before the upcharge I really like the uncrowded view of Wishes.

That being said, I just cancelled both my BOG dinner and Wishes party for my next trip...

Thanks for the input! I'm hoping I can get a little bit earlier of a reservation for BOG.... but if not I'll cancel wishes dessert party and just use my fast pass!

It doesn't book the reservation for you but it sends you a text with a link to book when something does become available!

It doesn't book the reservation for you but it sends you a text with a link to book when something does become available!

We didn't do dinner on the night we went to the WDP, we just did a late lunch. If all you really care about is a seat at a premium price (especially since its almost doubled) I think you can make it work. If you are truly interested in eating the desserts, I would not be eating dinner at 7.

Also keep an eye out on the cancelation thread for September. There always seems to be a lot of BOG up for grabs there too Have a wonderful first trip

Even if the timing would work, way too much food. You want to be hungry for the desserts!
