Do I call 60 days from my resort check in day or 60 days from the day I want the cabana in order to try for a reservation. I want the rental on day 3 of our stay. Thanks.

And if you happen to get a CM on the phone that says otherwise, politely end the call and try again. You see an occasional report of phone CMs sometimes getting this wrong.
