One of my daughters will be 6 for this cruise. The other, 8, but they'd love to be together.

My 8 yr old is tall for her age, but would they every allow her to be with the 5-7 yr olds???

You can request it. I don't know if she would feel too old for the group though. Disney is great at putting the right age children together, and although your daughters would like to be together, they might actually enjoy being apart more! My eight year old made so many friends her age and the activities were geared to her age group. She was glad she was with the older kids, as she thought the 5-7 age group were doing "baby stuff." Talk to the counselors, they can best guide you.

We just got home yesterday...one of my dd's was in 8-9 yrs, the other was in 10-12 and they weren't happy to be separated. They wouldn't let the younger one move up, but had no problem letting my 10 yr old move down to the 8-9 group.
