I assume the kids are homeschooled?

I assume the kids are homeschooled?
I know a poster says they were undisciplined boys, but I'm sure he realizes how important this was to his dad and he probably got scared.
Let's hope that's what happened.
Not that that has anything to do with it.![]()
No, it's fall break.
No, the kids were home today due to a teacher's work day.
I agree that the balloon looks much too small to carry a boy *and* a basket.
Flying off I couldn't see the size, but as soon as it landed and the rescuers ran towards it it just seemed too small. I was shocked at how small it looked.
Very strange story, indeed. I just hope and pray that little boy is alive and safe!
Do you know this family personally?
Or are your insights to their parenting style and what the father would do based solely on what you saw on a reality show, a reality show that is well known to edit for sensationalism and to portray families as total wackos?

Some guy on CNN said a balloon that size could lift 120 pounds.
The balloon expert on the station I was watching made it sound like the balloon had more than enough lift to carry a small boy. I hope not!
Local news reporting that the basket was indeed still attached, but damage.
They are not looking for the basket as reported earlier.
Sadly, the damage may indicate that he may have fallen out. They are now reporting that what the deputy saw was not the basket falling, but probably Falcon.
Where are you hearing this?
Some of these reporters questions when interviewing friends and neighbors just make me SO uncomfortable and angry. Empty space would be much better than listening to some of these jerks.
A reporter was interviewing the little boys friend, "So what do you hope will be the outcome?" "Do you hope it will be good news?" The little boy says his very jumpy over this, "well what do you mean jumpy?" "Are you nervous?" OMG!![]()
