Alrighty. Once again, we were in Epcot, and made our way around the World Showcase until we got to this:

We went in and got another:

We were sat with an awesome family. It was a family of 6. The parents were engaged, and had 4 kids. 2 were the mom's, 2 were the dad's (I assume from previous marriages). They were all so good and well behaved! I think it was 11, 13, 14, and 15 that were their ages. They were so good with each other.

Nic and I split a Ginger Salad.
DSC02401.jpg

It was... okay. Good, but the dressing was too strong, but yet, there wasn't enough. Like, you couldn't get dressing in each bite, but the bites that had it, it was far too strong.

Our chef started with the veggies

He made an onion volcano!

My veggies:
DSC02411.jpg

I usually can't eat onions straight. These were so good, I was totally eating them straight! The zucchini was also very delicious.

I usually like mixing my rice with things, but I couldn't find anything that worked. None of the sauces tasted right, in my opinion, and it didn't work with the veggies well either.

The sauces themselves were pretty good, and, although I didn't have the things the other sauces were supposed to match with, I think they would've worked perfectly with those things.

Nic had the chicken:
DSC02413.jpg

Nic thought it was really good. I tried a piece and I agree 100%.

I had the steak:
DSC02414.jpg

I had requested it medium, and it was medium-rare, so that took away a few points in my book. But, seeing past that, it was delicious!

We got free Ginger cake for our anniversary:

It was DELICIOUS! I was worried, since it was ginger. I thought it might be really strong and not good. It was PERFECT! :lovestruc

Orange Fanta is my favorite orange drink and I can hardly find it here. :sad2: What a sweet family at Teppan. That's why I really enjoy hibachi dining, you have a chance to meet lots of different people. Can't wait to see more.

Great reviews so far! We are eating at WCC in November, I've heard many "mediocre" reports of the skillet, but it seems to be what EVERYONE orders. I haven't a clue what to get while I'm there yet...

I orginally was going to do Coral Reef, but it got taken off the list. Looks super delicious, and it is so pretty! Good excuse to go back again. :goodvibes

Same here! I tried it for the first time in Israel, though, and it's a different recipe, and it's just not the same back here, but it's still my favorite as far as Orange sodas go.

I love that, too! I was a little worried we'd have people who were no fun or something, but they were so awesome! :goodvibes

Thanks! :cutie: I noticed the same thing! Weird, huh? In my opinion, it wasn't worth it. I didn't really think before I ordered it, and when I got it, I realized I don't like sausage or ribs. So, it was basically chicken, potatoes, corn, and beans, and I don't like beans with "other stuff" in them. But, it's okay. I still enjoyed it! :rotfl:

Coral Reef was AWESOME! I definitely recommend it. :thumbsup2 I've heard a few people say bad things about the Chocolate Wave and they're NUTS. I LOVED it. :lovestruc

Excellent reviews! I loved the jambon et fromage. So authentic! (Had to fancy up that ham and cheese!)

When I ate at WCC a couple of years ago, the corn bread was excellent. Sounds like a bad batch.

Loving your reviews. Can't wait for the rest....

Great review so far!:thumbsup2

Cant wait to see more:yay:

Great review so far and looking for more!

Thank you all! :goodvibes

Weird. Yep, I agree. Probably just a bad batch, since mine was just... not good.

Loads of orange fanta here in the UK :thumbsup2 But we don't have some of the other great stuff like you guys do - I'd gladly switch orange fanta any day for a decent cinnamon roll ;)

Loving the reviews :thumbsup2

I'll ship you some cinnamon rolls, you ship me some good Orange Fanta. Deal? :rotfl:

Alright, I'm updating my TR right now to this next meal, so there'll be at least one real update by the end of today.

Well, we got there and put in our names and sat down.

Pretty short wait, only about 10 minutes.

Our waitress was awesome. She told us to set our own places, and gave us knives and forks. So, we set them like this.

Nic:
knife, upside down knife, upside down fork

Summer:
fork, upside down fork, fork

Dad:
sideways napkins (all of them), knife going one way, knife going the other.

She came up and was like "Wow. Canadians." and nodded at Nic and we laughed.

She was so much fun. I mean, it was more than just the show stuff. She was SO sweet! I loved her so much! :lovestruc

Nic got a Cherry-flavored Coke, Dad got a Vanilla-flavored Coke, and I got a chocolate malt.

The Cherry-flavored and Vanilla-flavored Coke were GREAT. Much better than the ones Coke produces, since these are with good syrup.

She brought me this and said "Here you go. The low-calorie version"

Dad and I ordered the Pot Roast:
DSC02493.jpg

I thought the meat and potatoes were SO DELICIOUS! They both just melted in your mouth. But, honestly, the various veggies on top weren't very good to me. Maybe it was just my batch again, but they were just.... :scared:. I'm not one to dislike veggies, either. But, I just ate them all up first and savored the meat and potatoes. OH MY GOD! So good.

Nic ordered the Meatloaf:
DSC02494.jpg

Again, DELICIOUS potatoes. I only had a bite of the meatloaf, but it was also GOOD! Nic said it was some of the best food all trip. The green beans were... well, green beans. Not anything to write home about or particularly remember.

I also got my chocolate malt:
DSC02495.jpg

HOLY CRAP! That was a lot. I filled that glass, and there was still at least 2/3rds of the silver cup full. We split it between the three of us, in the end. There was sooooooooo much! Don't even worry, like I usually do, that you'll run out since it's not free refills.

As far as how it was, though... A standard mid-grade Chocolate malt. Good, don't get me wrong. But not the best I've ever had or anything.

We have an ADR for 50's PT in a few weeks. Can't wait! Thanks for the review. :thumbsup2 I hope we get a great waitress like you had. I heard that can make or break your experience there. We love to have fun. We spend most of our dinners at home laughing and cracking on each other.:lmao: I really hope we get a wait staffer who is into the whole fun experience because we would totally feed into into.

Yeah. She was totally awesome! Good luck getting a good one!

Great reviews so far!

Thank you :goodvibes

We went to Earl of Sandwich for dinner.

YUMMY!

I got the Hawaiian BBQ.
DSC02523.jpg

Good, but really heavy. It felt like I was eating Hawaiian pizza.

Nic got the Club.

He really liked it. He said it was very very delicious.

Also, we got a pop:
