Couples trip 60’s.
We do have old passes with the extra fun and more on them not sure what they’ll give us?
we don’t mind doing a day trip. We’re coming from a 4 day trip at Anna Maria Island so
we had our beach fix, lol.

How "old" and are they partially-used or fully-unused? If more recent than 2016 and partially-used, they likely are expired. If older than 2016, typically those tickets did not expire so the waterparks & fun options are:

• Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach (whichever is open)
• ESPN WWoS
• Oak Trail golf
• Foot Golf at Oak Trail
• Mini-golf at Fantasy Gardens or WinterSummerland (before 4pm)

If partially-used, you cannot upgrade (add more days). If fully-unused, the upgrade will depend on when you bought the tickets and what dates you'll be at WDW; the cost to upgrade may surprise you so look into whether that is really worth it.
