6-8-11 Toy Story Mania - ? Wheelchair car temporary out of use?

as of the week of June 12, wheelchair car was at WDW. saw it in use while waiting for our car, we had ECV transfer to car person with us. did take some time ot strap in chair. we ended up unloading in reg area not handicapped area. the chair car was there that night.
