6:25 A.M. Flight with kids/Stay at Hyatt Airport Hotel?

We originally had an 8:30 A.M. flight that has changed to 6:25. Huge bummer for me. What does everyone think of moving from the Poly to the Hyatt the night before? I figure it will save us an hour in the morning.

We've stayed at the Hyatt for an early flight and it was great. The hotel was very nice and we loved the room. The kids had a blast the night before checking out the airport--there was so much to see!

It was also nice not to have to worry about returning the rental car. We just woke up, walked down to the airport, checked in our bags and then got some breakfast.

The Hyatt is very nice - I would make the move after a good day at WDW - will make your morning prep easier and you can sleep a little longer

We stayed there before a Disney cruise and loved it. We too enjoyed exploring the airport at our leisure. The room was really large and the staff could not have been nicer.

I think it's an excellent idea. It is a beautiful hotel. This will take a lot of stress out of your morning.

I think first call the airline and see if, since it was their schedule change and not your change of plans, if they will switch you to a later flight at no additional cost. Naturally, before you do that check their website to see if there are any flights that work better for you.
If they say no, then yes, I agree staying at the Hyatt the night before your flight makes sense.

Much less anxiety about glitches with Magical Express (which you can still use), or towncar pickup, or rental car return, etc.

Hyatt. ME requires you to be on the bus 3 hours before your flight! I changed my flight home because of this. Luckily my airfare dropped, so I really did not pay for the change fee.
