Hi - calling next week for my ADR's and going to try for BOG (I know , I know). Have an MDE account and reservations linked . When I sign on at 6:00 am do I go through my MDE account on disney.com? Also, I want to book a KTTK tour at MK for Tuesday 10/13 with discount (Disney Visa or DVC if they exist?). Want the first tour time (8:30). Does this tend to sell out at 180 days on Day 1? Is this also done through MDE acct? Tks!

There is a DVC 15% discount I think-if you log into DVC member website and look at tours section of perks it will tell you all the tours that have a discount. I think you have to call to book all tours and cannot do it online like ADRs. As far as ADRs go you can book them on the website or via the app-some people recently have been reporting the 180+ length of stay not being recognized by the ADR system for DVC stays and having to call in at 7 am in order to book length of stay ADRs-not sure how widespread the issue is

Here is a good summary of discounts.

I believe the booking window for tours is 60 days, not the 180 days for ADRs. Unless there has been a very recent change, tours can't be booked online. You need to call 407-WDW-TOUR to book.

The AP/DVC/Disney Visa discounts are all the same for tours. I typically pay for the tour with the Disney Visa, which makes it easier than having another member number to read off.

I've had better luck going through the MDE link.

FWIW, my advice is to sign in to MDE and then try for BOG using the dining link listed there when the online window opens for the day. If you are unsuccessful, then call Dining when they open. If Dining can't make your 180+10 work, you'll have to call MS when they open and hope what you want is still there.

So far, I've always been successful getting what I want using the dining link from my MDE account. My MDE account is very simple, though. No friend invites, no duplicate accounts or passwords, nothing that isn't "mainstream typical". That may be why I haven't experienced all the problems some have reported. Good luck!

I booked Dive Quest, Pirate Adventure Cruise, and Wild Africa Trek at 180. But yes, it had to done on the phone. No online booking and they can't be linked in MDE, you have to manually add them as notes each day.

Great - I thought I had confirmed 180 days for the tour. Will plan to call after I make my ADR's. Main Disney phone number? And what about Hoo-Dee-Doo - online or call? Tks!

Tours are 180 days out. You shouldn't have to sweat those selling out at 180 days, even if you want a specific time.

The better discount is the Disney Visa discount, it even beats the DVC discount. (I think it's 20 % off most tours, including KTTK.)
