566 points available for rent or transfer

I have 300 points at Yacht & Beach and 266 points at Boardwalk for use year ended 5/31/07. Looking for $11 a point 100 points or more, $12 a point 100 points or less. JOE

If you transfer these points to me can I bank them and use them for a trip on 12/19/07?? I'm not sure of the rules.
