Each studio is 84 points for the stay for a standard studio, or 92 points for a preferred location studio (close to the main building or the walkway to Disney Springs.)

2 standard studios would be 168 points or $3024 total

2 preferred studios would be 184 or $3322 total

There is a garden/pool view 1 bedroom available at Boardwalk for 359 points, unfortunately after my last reservation I made earlier today I don’t have enough points. I’m now booking for August and onwards.

The total reservation is 90 points, I have 60 Poly home resort points available meaning I don’t have enough to book right now as we’re outside of the 7 month window. I have enough other points to book the Poly room for you if you can wait until the 7 month window in February. We could put a contract in place now. There is lots of availability so it doesn’t look like it will sell out between now and then. If you’d like I can start walking a reservation forward from August which would all but guarantee I secure your dates. Up to you, there are plenty of options to tackle this reservation if you’d like to PM me.

Walking a reservation means booking a reservation out as far as we can now then moving it forward one day each day until it reaches your desired travel dates. Since I don’t have enough poly points to book now we could use other resort points but those are only eligible to book 7 months out, so we would have to book for August now and move it forward until September.

And we enjoy split stays. Disney makes it easy, bell services will move your bags to your new resort for you if you let them know

There are missing days of availability that would prevent walking forward the theme park view (new tower only) but there is availability to walk forward the lake view (now preferred view) studio in the original DVC buildings. It would be $4300 for your travel dates.
