Sorry, no studio availability right now for those dates. The only bookable option is a 1 bedroom at Bay Lake Tower but the first night is in a different view category so you’d have to switch rooms during your stay. Please PM me if you’d like to proceed or if I can check any other dates for you.Looking for a studio any resort Feb 6th to the 9th.....

Ok thank you. Unfortunately I have to wait til my taxes come back before I can reserve. Hopefully you will still have points left!I use a rental contract.
I transfer the reservation into your name for you to link to your Disney profile before I take any money.
50% deposit after the reservation is in your name then the remaining 50% a month later.
I can add on the dining plan for you through the DVC website, but tickets are purchased through your Disney account after the reservation is in your name.
Dining plan pricing is as follows:
Quick Service Dining Plan (Includes 2 quick service dining credits per day, 1 snack, 1 resort refillable mug)
Adult Dining Plan
1 adult @ $57.01 per day
Child Dining Plan
1 child @ $23.84 per day
Disney Dining Plan (Includes 1 table service dining credit per day, 1 quick service, 1 snack, 1 resort refillable mug)
Adult Dining Plan
1 adult @ $94.29 per day
Child Dining Plan
1 child @ $29.70 per day
I will still have points, but there likely won’t be any availability. If you’re sure you want to move forward we can put a contract in place now and then I will hold the reservation for you until an agreed upon date. Just let me know. It looks like you still need to become PM eligible, there is a link at the top of the post and forum explaining how to do that. It takes 24 hours after you meet the posts requirements. I’m happy to help you secure your trip, I don’t want you to miss out based on timing.Ok thank you. Unfortunately I have to wait til my taxes come back before I can reserve. Hopefully you will still have points left!
Also, I'm not sure if you've used the dining plan before but it does NOT save you money. It is nice if you want to pre-pay for all of your meals so you don't have to think/worry about it on your trip but it is not a money saver unless you purposely order the most expensive item on each menu for every meal, and even then you save a couple bucks.Could you please tell me what the procedure is? Oh, that would be awesome! Let me speak with my husband and I will let you know. Also, we have never used the dining plan, so thank you for that info! Also, I'm not sure if you've used the dining plan before but it does NOT save you money. You can definitely dine for cheaper picking and choosing your meals than using the dining plan.
